Once again, Roselia couldn't fall asleep properly. Her heart raced from the events earlier in the night. All she could hear was the sound of her erratic beats pounding against her chest, thudding in her ears.
Roselia couldn't wipe the image of his desire burning hot as inferno, his gaze darkening by the second. Her cheeks grew red with the memory of how bold she had been, kissing him first. She thought he'd push her away, as that was the vibe he always gave off. Instead, he dove in not for seconds, but for thirds, his lips barely able to part from her skin.
Cruden behaved like a starved man.
Roselia forced herself to close her eyes. She had a plan tomorrow morning and would need sleep to have the energy to go through it.
