A GHOST RECEIVES SYMPATHY

Ryner gets up once more and kicked the exorcist in his gut. The exorcist falls to the ground but instantly got up. Why are you defending this ghost? Asked the exorcist confused. You'll leave him alone right this instant, he can't go to the next world just yet, there's still a lot that I need to ask him and alot that he has left to do said Ryner.

I didn't want to do this to you but since you are standing in my way I have no choice said the exorcist as he rushes after Ryner . The exorcist then punches Ryner in his gut and then finished him off with a kick in the face after he fell to the ground knocking him out. Oh no, Ryner!!! Screamed Rita. Now where was I, oh yes, I'll be sure to make this quick but it's not a painless process so bare with me said the exorcist.

Rita rushes after the exorcist, but she ends up flying straight through him. Rita rushed in once more to kick the exorcist however her legs went straight through the exorcist once more. Rita continuously attempted to slap the exorcist but despite her endeavors , she just passed right through him.

What are you doing? Trying to protect this ghost as well, he doesn't deserve your help, he has done a lot of terrible things when he was alive said the exorcist. Rita continued trying to hit the exorcist. I have to stop him from taking Liam from the world, I just have to Rita said to herself as tears started dripping from her eyes. Just give it up you'll never be able to touch me, because you're a ghost, you cannot make physical contact with the living.

Wait a minute, didn't Ryner said the same thing the other day. He was reading that love letter that I wrote to Charles years ago and then I got so mad and tried slapping him and somehow I was able to make contact with him said Rita to herself. Rita then proceeded to try and slap the exorcist and this time she was successful. The exorcist cheek got red and he stumbled backwards. What the hell, how didn't it work on you, it works on every ghost either pure or tainted said the exorcist to himself shocked that his technique was ineffective.

Burning water of divine retribution said the exorcist as he threw pure water at the spot Rita floats above but still it had no effect on her . No way, it can't be... said the exorcist to himself as he went down on his knees. You poor unfortunate soul, what have they done to you? Asked the exorcist as tears filled his eyes .

What do you mean ? Asked Rita confused by what the exorcist is taking about. You are not supposed to be like this , you are not just any normal ghost, your soul was separated from your body said the exorcist. What the hell do you mean? Asked Ryner as he woke up and slowly lifted himself off the ground.

This girl's soul was separated from her body through some form of ritual, that's the only way that it's possible for my exorcism techniques to be ineffective against her. So are you saying that someone performed a ritual on her extracting her soul from her body asked Ryner shocked by what he heard. It's more complicated than that because you see her soul is still connected to her body which means that she's still classified as living said the exorcist. So wait you mean to tell me that Rita is somehow still alive? Asked Ryner

Then if what you're saying is true then her body had to be kept in reserve for five years now because that's how long she had died for said Ryner. Here soul has been separated from here body for that long?, this is bad ,she might not be able to go back into her body after not being in it for so long. Wait a minute, are you saying that.... I'm not dead and there's a chance for me to go back into my body and I can be a normal girl again? Asked Rita as tears of joy filled her eyes.
