Quirk Association

At the Quirk Association headquarters, the three top officers had convened to discuss Izuku's recent incident. Though they were prominent figures within the association, their names—Tetsuya Raikou (48 yrs old), Daichi Onikiba (47 yrs old), and Yusuke Retsu (45 yrs old)—remained largely unknown to the world

Satoshi and Izuku were hospitalized just after their fight as fast as possible and the news of an 11-year-old kid beating the crap out of Satoshi, flew to the quirk association

Yusuke: how can a scrawny kid defeat someone like him, it seems he is getting weaker with his age.

Daichii: the quirks doomsday theory literally states that quirks will keep evolving and this kid might just be an example of it we might need to look more into him.

Tetsuya: I have already done that, he is Izuku Midoriya about 6 yrs ago when a villain suddenly appeared near his family and friends he lost control of his quirk leading to the villain's death as well as his family.

Yusuke: what about his friends??

Tetsuya: his friend's moms who were present there were terrified along with their kids, where one kid got some minor burns near her forehead and on her back which covered almost half of her back. The other kid was safe with just some small burns here and there because of the resistance he had to fire.

Daichi: and now this incident again shows how powerful of a quirk he possesses, even the quirk sealing handcuffs were useless it seems

Tetsuya: We need to look for even more powerful cuffs.

Tetsuya: how about the cuffs we designed for all might or endeavor?

Daichi: yeah we can try those on him first.

Yusuke: they might be a little too much for a kid though...

Daichi: huh, he is a criminal who killed his own family and creating chaos even now

Yusuke: yeah but he did that unknowingly and was no more than 5 years old back then.

Tetsuya: stop, what 'Daichi' said isn't totally wrong and he was just 5 yrs old when he did that destruction, then just think what destruction he would make now

That for some reason left Yusuke speechless for some reason

Daichi: what about the incharge, should we still keep Satoshi or let Zaraki take over

Tetsuya: he is too strict and last year most of the villains he was in charge of either died or lived quietly in a corner and were let go from the prison

Yusuke: he has no discipline and is a beast and the villains under him were seen with a lot of big and deep scars, that kid is already dead as I see 👀

As Satoshi opens his eyes he sees someone in front of him he felt nice seeing him there but there seemed to be some awkwardness (or guilt) in him .

Satoshi : what are you doing here Takeru

TAKERU TAIGA - An old friend of Satoshi

Quirk : emotion charge( gets his strength increased based on his emotions , any emotion that reaches his 100% lets him hit with as much damage as all might { info based off the quirk association database}

Satoshi: can you not talk seriously for some time at least 😒.

Satoshi: You still haven't answered my question here Takeru what are you doing here??

Takeru: 😮‍💨 I was sent here by Yusuke , he wants to meet you and also you are now relieved from your duties as the incharge of the jail and juvenile

Satoshi:huh... What do you mean ?

Takeru: you are now officially retired and Takashi Gekido will take your place by next week

Satoshi: .....and how is Izuku??

Takeru: oh that brat was not really injured and was sent back to his cell and since he broke the cuffs he will be given those cuffs as an experiment to see the extent of those cuffs.

Satoshi: HUH.....ARE THEY MAD OR SOMETHING THOSE CUFFS ARE DANGEROUS THEY WERE CREATED FOR THE MOST INFAMOUS OF VILLAINS ...IZUKU .....HE WILL DIE...

Takeru: calm down Satoshi you are not supposed to worry about that Yusuke has decided to change certain aspects of those cuffs for the kid .

Satoshi: like .....?

Takeru: like , he can still use some extent of his quirk and many other aspects are decreased , with such changes he won't die , at least not on the first day !

Satoshi: are you kidding me Takeru he can still die if not the first day, he wants to become a hero god damnit

Takeru: oh well !!! What is this? I never expected someone like you to turn into a softie but anyway, I thought you must have grown him to be a tough kid ??

Satoshi: But ....

Takeru told him as he started leaving....

Takeru: if you want to say something, tell that to Yusuke, not me you can meet him tomorrow you will be discharged by today , after meeting him make sure to get all your belongings from your cabin in jail .
