Misunderstanding

In the morning when the sun was shining, Kylie woke up and found herself in Damian's bed. She didn't remember going to the man's room, but she didn't bother and immediately got out of bed.

She walked towards the kitchen because she felt her throat was dry and wanted to drink water. When she was about to walk into the kitchen, she briefly passed through the living room. There she saw Damian who was still asleep on the sofa.

Kylie walked slowly towards the man who was asleep. She was used to seeing Damian asleep as he was now, but this time it felt like there was something different about her when she saw her former co-worker.

'Why should a man like you love a woman like me?' she thought while watching Damian's face.

Slowly her finger touched Damian's bangs, for some reason even though Kylie always looked tomboyish and barbaric, there was a side of her that still looked sensitive and gentle.
