Atasha firmly instructed them to only drink water that had been boiled first, particularly emphasizing this rule for Zethus, unless it was absolutely necessary.

Even though the beastmen weren't typically concerned with such precautions, Nemus and the others followed her instructions. After all, this was a safety measure to protect everyone's health, especially given Zethus' pregnancy.

It's a sensible approach in maintaining cleanliness and warding off potential waterborne diseases that could potentially harm the unborn babies within the pearl egg that is growing inside Zethus' belly.
