Volume 1 Chapter 2

Warning: Blood and gore

"Where am I ?"

*Screech* I heard the sounds of bats.

"I never thought someone so young will ever come here."

I looked at the large bat infront of me. It was a little shorter than me. It's blood red eyes stared at me.

"I am not short !"

"Did I said that outloud ?"

"If you want to live, then follow me girly !" It glared at me. Well atleast it's more reasonable than the beasts back in the village . It lead me to a dark cave. I was barely wearing anything. The cold damp floor remind me of my own mindscape.

Yes I had visited the place. In hopes of meeting a fellow monster. But he didn't like my presence. So all he did was hit me with his killer intent. Do I care about him. No. Like the beasts I don't care about him. I would rather free him than, sealing him away. If not for my life, I would really free him. Hey, but that's why I am studying fuinjutsu. I want to free him. I want to free myself.

After walking for a while, I reached infront of an old man. He was wearing rags.

"Do you want to live." No sooner I reached him he asked me in a hoarse voice. It's dark. Not completely black. So I can see his silhouette. I didn't understand why he asked me the question. Every living being wants to live. I instinctively answered.

"Yes." My voice was hoarse. It's first time in two years I heard my own voice.

"Do you have any interest in life ?"

He asked again.

I didn't know what to say. In original Naruto I have never seen this man. But I still answered him. It was not like I can do anything else.

"No." It was true. I never wanted this life. So I have no interest in it. But I refuse to let others do as they please. Molding my life. I might not be interested in my life, but this is my life.

As soon as I answered, he started chuckling.

"We are the demon-bat clan. One of the few demons in the world. If you survive this then you will live. If you accept this you will become strong and if you win this you will open a path to become a demon lord." As soon as he finished speaking, he attacked. I didn't did anything. Just closed my eyes. Because I knew I can't do anything then. Instead I thought what he said.

I felt his fangs sinking into my neck. That followed with pain I have never felt before.

"Start the feast." I heard him as he retreated. I opened my eyes. The pain was too much that I couldn't even scream. Soon the cave full of bats surrounded me. The started to eat me. Some started to drink my blood. While some tore my flesh. I couldn't even faint. The pain was there. My blood flew down on the floor. I laughed. Maybe it's madness. I knew my life has been hell. When I tried to take my life after my fifth birthday, the masked beast stopped me. After that I never tried.

But this time, I was being eaten alive. No fox can heal this wound. I could even see my bones in my arms. They weren't attacking any vital spot. But tormenting me by eating flesh. Maybe this is the end. But do I care. Yes it's painful. But pain... didn't scare me. I fell down on the floor of the cave as one of the bats tore down my leg. I simply waited. Because I didn't feel any pain. Looking at the ceiling of the roof I only saw the blood red eyes staring down on me. After who knows how much time, the man came infront of me.

All the bats left my body. I didn't feel anything. I didn't even know which part of my body was intact.

He kneeled infront of me.

"So.... It seems you won." He told me. Then he took his palm infront of me and fisted tightly.

"Drink." Some black liquid flew out of his palm and landed on my lips.

As soon as I gulped it down, the old man laughed. And soon infront of my eyes he turned to dust and disappeared. Finally I was able to lose my consciousness.

In the darkness, I heard a roar. Opening my eyes I found myself in a familiar place. No the place had changed slightly. I had a pitch black cave for my mindscape. But I found the tinges of red in here and there. I went towards the roar.

"What have you done !" The angry fox infront of me roared.

"Do you have any problem ?"

"You !!!! You just became an undead demon ! Not just any but the highest order of undead ! Now I am stuck with you forever !" He ranted

"I will release you. Please shut up. I will release you as soon as I find the way ."

He stared at me.

"You !.... Your memories....Madara...Kaguya...ten tails..

Jigen."

"I don't give a flying fuck. As long as they don't threaten the planet, I won't do anything. I don't care if Madara killed the entire humanity or put them in genjutsu..."

He was stunned.

"Why do you care ? You hate humans any way."

"You hate humans ?" He asked me

"No..... I don't hate them. I just don't want to do anything with them. Even though once I was a human, I don't want to live with them."

"..."

"Anyway, if that's all, then I will be taking my leave."

...

When I woke up, I was in my birthday suit. No blood stench. No missing limbs. I found myself in the middle of a forest. I felt refreshed. Even though it was dark, I could see everything clearly. I could hear everything clearly. I could percive everything around me clearly. I went towards the sound of water.

Under the moonlight, I saw my reflection in the body of water. I was no longer skinny. Most of my features stayed the same including my height. There are some major changes. My breasts,butt have grown bigger. My curves were more pronounced. My whishker marks were gone . And now I have a pair of sharp fangs. Oh ! My spiky hair became more smooth. I performed henge to cover myself in clothes. Smelling the air I went towards the sent of humans. My speed increased drastically.

And soon I was seeing the rock faces on the Hokage mountain. I didn't want to go there. But I didn't have any choice for now. This is the only way towards my freedom.
