Stupid Vampire

Malia: "this is a what I love about coming to school, don't you think, Henrik?"

Henrik: "I don't know. Why isn't she here yet?"

Malia: "ugh, she will show up, just be patient and have a little fun, don't be such a kill joy"

Henrik: "have fun with these kids, I doubt that, I am old enough for their ancestors to worship me as their god. When I was their age, I was killing a deer with your father and uncles, but now, they are frolicking and thinking about parties and boys/girls and getting laid, even the school they claim to attend is a waste of time, they could find other things with that time to do"

Malia: "that's a lie, you were never their age, you died remember? And when you were resurrected, you became like this, now that I think about it, you skipped teenage hood into a adult, that's cheating"

Henrik: "that's right, you know, being a thousand year old vampire, I have some foggy memory. And also if you look at it from that angle, I even did things the brats has never thought of, you know, I hunt animals while they sit at home and boss around their parents and worst of, they willnever achieve anything with that lifestyle"

Malia: "lies again, from the stories I heard from uncle Elijah, you siblings always have a perfect memory even before you turned. You are just saying all those to make yourself look cool again, sigh, you will never let go of that life, would you?"

Henrik: "what? All those things were true, your uncle Elijah is just demeaning me to look like an ideal uncle, let me tell you a secret about him.."

Henrik and Malia were chatting and laughing as they watch how the kids were living their lifes while waiting for Elena to arrive as they his in the shadows.

Henrik: "and that's how the story ends"

Malia: "hahahaha, you are funny, but, oh, they are here"

Malia said as she saw Elena, Margaret, Bonnie and Jeremy arrived to the party.

Malia: "but why are you fixating on Elena, I know she is beautiful and all that, but you have been with more beauties that are more beautiful than her and yet you were not that obsessed with any of them like you are with her and don't tell me you are honoring her mother's last word, because that's bullshit, even though we Mikaelsons keep our word, there are other ways to do that, so why?"

Henrik looked at Malia and sighed as he didn't know how he was going to explain this to her.

Malia: "well, forget it, I won't pressure you to tell me anything, you can take your time"

Malia said as she walked out of Henrik's shadow concealment range into the party.

Henrik also cancelled it and joined her as they made their way towards the group of four but someone got to Henrik first.

Caroline: "I thought you would not show up, but here you are, I was waiting for you for a long time"

Caroline ran up to Henrik when she saw him and Malia arrive.

Henrik turned to look at Malia for help but found out that, she was already gone leaving him alone with Caroline.

Henrik: "hey, hello Caroline, you look wonderful this evening"

Caroline: "oh, thank you, you are not looking bad yourself"

Henrik just smiled at her and told her that he has to meet up with Malia before walking away leaving Caroline dejected.

Caroline: "they all always do that, even when I try my best to win them over to my side, it just doesn't work, but she, she does not even put any effort, but she gets everything I have ever wanted"

Caroline said as she looked at Elena who was all smiles and Henrik who was approaching her.

"Maybe you aren't trying enough"

A voice said behind Caroline as she instinctively turned to see you sneaked up behind her and found a attractive young looking man.

Caroline: "who are you?"

"Hah, that's the first thing you do when someone sneak up on you like that? That's not a nice survival skill, is it?"

Caroline: "well, I don't know who you are, but what I do know is that we are in the middle of a party and if you do not know what a party is, then let me tell you, a party is were large group of people come together to have fun, so I'll ask again, who are you?"

The young man smiled at Caroline's brave attitude.

"I'm Vlad, I was just coming into Mystic falls when I heard a noise in this direction and decided to check it out, but I could not help but notice you starring at the young lady over there, is she an enemy of yours?"

Vlad, the young attractive man asks Caroline what's up with her and Elena.

Caroline: "no, that's my best friend, I have no beef with, I'm just a little jealous of how she always ends up with the good stuffs even when she is not putting any effort to get it, that's all, there is nothing wrong. Now if you would excuse me"

Caroline left Vlad alone who just chuckled at her antics.

Vlad: "she is one cute one"

Vlad said before he turned to the party and began to look around as if he was looking for something or someone.

Margaret: "you know, I was kind of wondering, between the both of you, who is older?"

Margaret, the younger sister of Elena asked both Henrik and Malia as she was curious about them.

Henrik: "umm, that would be me, I am older than her with a minute"

Bonnie: "wow, so you are twins, I never thought of that, I always wish I had a twin sibling"

Malia: "there is nothing good about it, but if you really want to have one, there is nothing magic cannot fix"

Bonnie raised a eyebrow at Malia when she heard of the word Magic as that has been what she was hearing lately from her gramps.

Bonnie: "what do you know about magic, is it real?"

Henrik: "of course not, she is just talking about a magic tricks my uncle used to teach us from time to time when he came around, there is no such thing as magic"

Henrik immediately said to throw Bonnie off.

Bonnie: "oh, for a second there, I was like 'woah, if magic is real, then vampires are also real'"

Malia: "you have no idea how that would be true, I mean we leave in a world where anything might be possible"

Elena: "yeah, but that is beyond possible, that only appear in movies and novels"

Malia: "whatever, you say, I'm gonna go get drunk somewhere"

Malia walked away from the group as she made her way towards the bar.

Margaret: "aren't you going after her?"

Henrik: "nah, she will be fine, she has a high tolerance for alcohol"

Margaret nodded after that and went to catch up with her friends while Bonnie decided to give Henrik and Elena some alone time.

Henrik: "hey"

Elena: "hey"

They didn't even get enough time to have a decent conversation when they heard someone scream.

Elena: "what was that?"

Elena asked as she and the others ran to the source of the noise.

Henrik: "when I was about to have a conversation with her, a stupid vampire had to ruin it"
