Jinhwa Hou had a sudden realization. "Exactly! Martial Uncle could 'lose' his tokens to Jirandai Tang or Taeseon Lei. That way, it wouldn't be easy for Seongwoo Jin and the others to take them from us."

"The question is whether Martial Uncle would be willing," Eunbyeol Ling pointed out the key issue.

"What's there to be unwilling about? We wouldn't keep his tokens; sect rules mean that if one of us helps defend them, the helper only takes ten percent afterward. It's no loss to him," Jinhwa Hou replied indifferently.

Eunbyeol Ling and Seongwoo Jin glanced at Jirandai Tang and Taeseon Lei, awaiting their input. Feng nodded. "I don't mind; it's just for the Green Lotus Sect."

"Fine by me too," Taeseon Lei said calmly.
