"Oliver!" Olivia's door slammed open, causing the girl to abruptly wake up from her slumber and bolt up from her bed. "Get out of--𝘖𝘩, he's not here."
Wide awake, Olivia rubbed her eyes as she looked at the red-faced Azure. He seemed quite embarrassed to have accused her and Oliver of indecency so early in the morning.
"What made you think he'd be here?" She yawned, quickly getting out of bed to fix the sheets and the pillows.
"You don't have to do that, Olivia," Azure said reproachfully, his cheeks were still crimson. "We have the maids to do that."
Olivia straightened up abruptly and gave him a quizzical look.
"You have maids to... 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘣𝘦𝘥?"
Azure nodded, returning the look back at her.
"What about it?"
"It's nothing," Olivia continued making her bed and thought, '𝘙𝘪𝘤𝘩 𝘬𝘪𝘥𝘴 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘭𝘺 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘣𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘵 𝘥𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵.'
''𝘉𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘵 𝘥𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵,' She thought, learning that Afro-American vernacular that was popularized in the internet from the JaNyx in her universe. '𝘐 𝘸𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘴𝘩𝘦'𝘴 𝘥𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨.'
After fixing her bed, Oliver arrived in front of her door with a toothbrush inside his mouth. His chin still had toothpaste bubbles trailing out from his lips.
"I did tell you to wake up early, didn't I?" Oliver reminded, a hint of smugness in his voice.
"You didn't mention I had to wake up because Azure was going to if I didn't!" She yelled. "Gosh, this is embarrassing..."
"Why?" Azure tilted his head to the side.
"I'm the one usually waking up A--" Olivia bit her tongue as Oliver gave her a warning glance.
Azure raised an eyebrow. "Why are you guys being weird again?"
"Nothing," They said in unison.
"Oookaaaaay," Azure drawled in a tone as if he didn't necessarily believe but were merely humoring them. "Anyway, it's only 5 in the morning. You can just tell the maids if you want your lunch to be made or--"
"Oh!" Olivia exclaimed. "You should be telling 𝘮𝘦 what you want for lunch! Oliver appointed me as one of your cooks, right?"
"I thought that was a joke..." Azure muttered.
"It's not," Oliver confirmed. "Olivia, can you make me a sandwich?"
Olivia glared. "Is this some sort of misogynistic joke?"
Realizing the implications of his words, Oliver's eyes widened, and he raised his hands defensively.
"What, no!" He exclaimed. "I literally just want a sandwich!"
"Okay," She rolled her eyes but didn't press any further. "What kind?"
"Classic ham and cheese, please!" Oliver grinned.
Olivia nodded before turning her attention to the younger Twyne.
"How about you, Azure?"
He did the thinker pose, contemplating deeply as if his food request was a life-and-death decision.
"Sausage and eggs!" Azure replied after a minute.
'𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘰𝘥𝘥,' Olivia thought. '𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵'𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘐 𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘤𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘦𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳 my 𝘈𝘻𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘥𝘢𝘺.'
Then another realization struck her: So many things had happened already, yet only one day had passed! Either time was slow in this universe, or yesterday was just one eventful day!
Shaking her head to dismiss the thought, she smiled at Azure and merely narrowed her eyes at Oliver, which he returned to her.
"One ham and cheese sandwich and one sausage and egg, coming right up!"

"So Azure also goes to Bowlby-Ainsworth Middle School..." Olivia remarked as Azure got out of the car and went inside his school. "Just like mine."
Oliver continued staring out the window of the car. Not like his input was needed, anyway.
"Oliver," She cleared her throat. "There's something I need to ask you."
Oliver gave her a glance but continued what he was previously doing as if this was the most interesting thing in the world.
"Oliver," Olivia spoke again, this time in an annoyed tone.
"I'm listening," He spoke in an equally pissed-off voice. "What?"
"I'm just thinking," She began. "What last name should I use at Huxley?"
Oliver snapped his head at her as if he never thought of this dilemma before.
"I mean, I can't just keep using the excuse I only go by my first name like Beyonce or Adele!" Olivia reasoned out. "Also, I gave my name to Amada as 'Twyne', so I can't exactly lie..."
"You 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵?!" He demanded.
"I didn't know I would stay here long!"
Oliver groaned, shaking his head in exasperation. "Then we'll just say we have the same last name."
Olivia wrinkled her forehead. "You think people would believe that? Twyne' isn't exactly a common last name, is it?"
"Better than saying you're an alternate universe version of me," Oliver muttered.
"Oliver," She frowned.
"What?!" He yelled again. "What, do you want me to say you're my sister?!"
"Why do you sound like you're so disgusted at the thought of lying of being related to me?" Olivia scowled. "We're literally the same person, Oliver--"
"Not on my watch, we aren't." He huffed.
"You can't exactly--"
"I can," Oliver spoke with his 'Don't argue with me' tone that irked her greatly. "As long as I don't think about it, it isn't real."
"Oliver!"
"I won't think you're an inter-dimensional traveler, and I'll just continue my life like usual." He said, though it sounded more like he was convincing himself. "Sure, helping you is a pain, but as long as that witch won't interfere with my games, then everything is basically the same."
"Aside from helping me, that 'witch' you're talking about also instructed you to become a better person!"
"Why would I need to be better if I'm already the best?" Olivier smirked.
Olivia sighed.
"You're hopeless."

"Alright, everyone!" Their teacher, Ms. King (who went by the name Ms. Queen in Olivia's universe), we have a new transfer student today. Kindly welcome our new student, Ms. Twyne."
"Hi," Olivia awkwardly waved as the class erupted in whispers.
A girl raised her hand, a face Olivia didn't recognize in her universe. She gave her an acknowledging nod, and the girl proceeded to ask.
"Are you related to Oliver?"
Olivia searched for her alternate self in the sea full of seated students, only to see him near the window at the back of the classroom like some sort of main character. As always, he was staring outside and probably didn't even care that Olivia was introducing herself.
𝘈𝘴𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘦.
"Yeah, Oliver, am I related to you?" She called out, purposely redirecting the attention to him.
Oliver finally looked straight in front, blinking blankly because he didn't hear the question.
Or so she thought.
"Yeah," Oliver yawned. "She's my wife."
Olivia thought she'd be BS-ing Oliver, but he did her better LOL
