Trap

As the man said, Mammon first walked toward the carriage and entered it, with Tuk and the others following behind.

As Renera stepped toward the carriage, she looked inside with a clear gaze. Compared to the carriage Esmund travelling, this one was much smaller in size, with only a few steps of space between the seats placed facing each other. On one side, there was a single window, currently closed.

Seeing the interior, she recognized that the carriage she originally traveled in was much similar in appearance to this one.

Walking inside, she sat down on the seat at the back side of the carriage, and close to her, Erika sat down as well.

As soon as she sat down on the seat, she realized that even though the two carriages looked similar, the plushness of the seat hinted at its association with royalty or aristocracy.
