It will be over soon

On the phone, Minae had informed her that the bridal party had arrived. The couple had planned a garden reception at Fishing Bay Park, known for its picturesque lake view, especially stunning at sunset. Yuna's mission upon arrival was to blend in seamlessly as though she had been there from the beginning, with Minae covering for her absence. To achieve this, she needed to change her shirt in front of this complete stranger.

Underneath her original shirt, she had a vest that would serve as a makeshift cover for her bra and modesty. Nevertheless, this action was undeniably audacious for any self-respecting lady. Yuna hoped that this awkward moment would soon fade into the recesses of their memory. She would just have to act nonchalant about everything to prevent the guy from feeling too uncomfortable.

In one swift motion, she pulled her shirt over her head. As expected, the guy's eyes snapped shut in shock, momentarily forgetting he was still driving. The sudden swerve of the car brought Yuna to her senses.

"Hey now! You can continue driving; just look ahead and focus. This will be over soon, okay?" she quipped lightly, trying to make light of her audacious actions.

"Sorry," she added, her tone barely louder than a whisper.

"Humph! Apology what if I was a pervert kidnap you right now and you are apologizing silly women"

As his words registered, Hyun-u abruptly snapped his eyebrows out, realizing the shocking statement he had just blurted out. He had thought that train of thought was safely contained within his consciousness, but apparently, it had slipped out without his consent.

"What!"  she blurted

They both stared at each other, their eyes meeting as if they were trying to gauge each other's reactions. Hyun-u, however, was the first to disconnect his gaze since he was the one driving.

"Shoot!" Yuna thought to herself, realizing that this embarrassing moment had etched itself into her memory and would likely resurface whenever they crossed paths in the street or anywhere else. Besides, this guy had a distinctive appearance, and she knew she wouldn't forget his face easily.

Cherri, her inner daredevil, chimed in, offering her assessment. Cherri had a knack for reading people and had her own idea about this guy, one that reassured Yuna. She concluded that he seemed more like a grumpy family man, struggling to balance his family and his job. Yuna decided to share her impressions.
