A Lapras itself doesn't have a leaning towards physical or special attacks, but Yuga's Lapras had been trained more towards special attacks. Its physical qualities were not particularly strong, so in a head-on collision with a Garchomp, Lapras would be at a disadvantage.

However, in the situation where Garchomp had already closed in on Lapras, Lapras had no choice but to use a physical attack move - Waterfall.

It crashed into several trees in a row before Lapras finally came to a halt.

In a disheveled state, Lapras barely adjusted itself before seeing Garchomp charging at it once more. The scythes on Garchomp's arms shimmered with bright light.

Garchomp was a very fast Pokémon; it was said that its burst speed over short distances could reach the speed of sound.

Lapras opened its mouth and released a white mist, obscuring its own form.

Soon, the area where Lapras was located was filled with white mist. When Garchomp charged through, apart from knocking down a tree, there was no sign of Lapras.

The white mist grew thicker and thicker, to the point where even Yuga and Cynthia's line of sight was obscured. Garchomp was completely lost in the white mist.

However, Lapras had long taken advantage of the white mist to disappear somewhere.

In the dense white mist, Lapras moved constantly, disrupting Garchomp's perception. Even though Garchomp had experienced many battles, it was becoming increasingly frustrated at this moment.

"Garchomp, calm down and stay focused. Adapt to change with an unchanging mind!" Without needing to look at Cynthia, she knew that Garchomp's mood must not be good at this moment, and she quickly tried to soothe its emotions.

Hearing Cynthia's voice, Garchomp miraculously calmed down and stood quietly in the mist, closing its eyes, fully concentrating on sensing Lapras's location.

Bang!

In the white mist, a black shadow flashed past Garchomp's side and released a white beam.

In that instant, it was as if Garchomp had grown eyes on its back. It turned its body, using its twin scythes to block the Ice Beam.

However, Lapras's assault did not stop. One after another, Ice Beams were fired, and Garchomp could only defend based on instinct.

For a short while, Garchomp could still cope, but as time passed, it began to find it difficult to keep up.

Finally, Lapras seized an opportunity in Garchomp's defense. Another Ice Beam shot out, and to everyone's surprise, Garchomp was frozen solid.

Even though Yuga and Cynthia couldn't see inside the mist, they noticed the sudden silence within it.

Lapras cautiously peeked out from the mist, ready to take advantage of Garchomp's frozen state.

But before it could act, the ice encasing Garchomp quickly turned red, enveloped in flames. Garchomp emerged from the ice, roaring angrily.

"Garchomp!"

Seeing Lapras, Garchomp let out a furious roar, and a white blade of energy shot straight towards Lapras.

Realizing the danger, Lapras swiftly retreated into the white mist. The energy blade missed, leaving the mist swirling.

Outside the mist, Cynthia realized that the situation was getting out of hand and shouted into the mist, "Garchomp, use Draco Meteor!"

Garchomp heard Cynthia's command, gathering intense energy in its mouth and then launched it into the sky.

A red sphere soared through the white mist, bursting like fireworks in the high sky. Countless huge "meteors" mixed with flames rained down towards the mist.

With each falling "meteor," the white mist controlled by Lapras dissipated bit by bit. Soon, the entire battlefield became clear again, and Garchomp and Lapras were once more visible to Yuga and Cynthia.

Lapras suddenly felt a rush of panic and looked up to see a flaming "meteor" hurtling toward it. In desperation, Lapras opened its mouth and shot a Hydro Pump to shatter the incoming "meteor."

Once Garchomp's Draco Meteor had subsided, the battlefield was in shambles. What was once lush grassy terrain was now pockmarked with craters left by the "meteors."

"Garchomp, Dragon Rush!"

"Lapras, Blizzard Dragon Dance!"

Cynthia and Yuga issued commands simultaneously as the white mist dissipated.

Garchomp's body was enveloped in a bluish-purple dragon-shaped energy as it charged fiercely toward Lapras.

As Garchomp closed in on Lapras, the latter folded its four large fins to its sides, forming a straight line from head to tail. Then, like an arrow, it soared into the air and began spinning rapidly.

While Lapras danced in the whirlwind, it also activated one of its abilities, Drizzle. Dark clouds quickly gathered, and in the blink of an eye, light rain began to fall from the sky.

Just as Garchomp was about to collide with Lapras, it reached the sky. Garchomp's Dragon Rush missed its mark, leaving a huge crater where it had intended to strike.

The dragon-shaped energy surrounding Garchomp dissipated, and the rain made it feel sticky and uncomfortable.

Meanwhile, high in the air, Lapras continued to spin faster and faster. Storms gathered around it, with torrents of icy snow mixed in.

While Lapras performed its Dragon Dance, it also kept spewing out a blizzard.

As Lapras's body spun rapidly, the blizzard gathered around it.

"Garchomp, Dragon Rush!"

Cynthia's voice rang out, and Garchomp, its feet pushing off the ground, launched another Dragon Rush towards Lapras, which was surrounded by a swirling storm.

But just as Garchomp reached the midway point, surrounded by Lapras and the high-speed spinning blizzard, Lapras unleashed a barrage of ice spikes.

The ice spikes pierced Garchomp's body, shattering the dragon-shaped energy surrounding it and weakening its attack.

When Garchomp finally collided with Lapras, it was thrown back by the swirling storm surrounding Lapras. It also suffered from a wave of freezing damage.

The raindrops falling from the sky were instantly absorbed by Lapras's storm and turned into ice spikes.

As Garchomp landed after being thrown back, countless ice spikes were launched from the storm, like a barrage of ice arrows trying to pierce Garchomp.

This wave of ice spikes was much more powerful than the previous one.

The tremendous centrifugal force generated during the swirling storm added to the ice spikes' formidable impact. Garchomp had no choice but to raise its arms to defend against the dense onslaught of ice spikes.

Countless ice spikes grazed Garchomp's body, leaving it covered in wounds.

This move, Blizzard Dragon Dance, was one that Yuga and Lapras had been training for a long time. It was their first time using it, and the results were promising.

However, Lapras couldn't maintain this state for too long. The energy consumption was enormous, and the high-speed spinning of Dragon Dance, combined with Lapras's physical limitations, limited its duration.

After the ice spikes dissipated, just when Garchomp thought the attack was over, it saw Lapras, still surrounded by the storm, charging toward it.

Without hesitation, Garchomp used Dragon Rush to collide with Lapras.

A physical collision, Garchomp had no fear of Lapras!

Due to Dragon Dance, Lapras had enhanced its physical attack, which led to this powerful collision.

Bang!

The two Pokémon collided, blue-purple dragon-shaped energy and the pale blizzard scattering in all directions. Both Garchomp and Lapras were sent flying.

The intense energy impact caused trees in the surrounding forest to topple and snap, creating a scene of devastation.
