Lucas Brown Comes Knocking

After Casiano hung up the phone, Don, disguised, pulled open the car door and sat down.

"Sir, I've almost finished investigating the cause of the young master's death," Don reported.

Casiano put down his phone, looking somewhat weary, and lifted his chin to signal Don to continue.

"The young master indeed died from a sudden cerebral disease due to overwork. I've carefully checked the doctor and nurse who took care of him, everyone who had contact with him, including the medications he used. Their stories are all consistent, with no discrepancies," Don explained.

Casiano's brows furrowed slightly, his pale complexion taking on a trace of coldness: "Are you suggesting that Ella Reed is lying?"

Don quickly theorized: "Ms. Reed probably used the cause of the young master's death as a shield to protect herself."

Remembering the past made Casiano's head ache unbearably; he had no desire to delve deeper, only gesturing dismissively to Don.
