I felt a warmth rush over me as flames began to pour out me. The two bat freaks initially panicked but soon calm down as they realized that they weren't physically harmed by the fire. Surprisingly nothing seemed to be devastated as if they weren't truly there.

Everything the flames touches I could feel I could easily wipe it away or even help it grow. I felt as if I was truly a god in the flames as I could control life death but my reach was limited. I could even raise the dead but that was a very stupid idea as I didn't think death would tolerate someone messing around with that and I lacked the control that she did. This would also make me an enemy of the black and I don't need un-men or other agents of the black gunning for me.

I don't know how long I was just lost in thought but eventually I was able to pull it together and remember what I was doing. This power was overwhelming even within my limited reach it was hard to even focus. This was nothing like how the game destiny portrayed how it was... and I was wandering again. I needed to remain focused I could ponder the bullshit later.

Reaching out through the flames guided by the Force indirectly I touched upon man-bat's mind and saw how fractured it was. I also felt a malicious intent that seemed hang off of his presence. Turning my attention to the female I saw that she was more cognitively together than her male counter part.

Turning my attention back to Man-bat's mind I willed the malicious intent to be burned away. Man-bat screeched in pain but I was indifferent I wanted to see if I could destroy the abstract thing affecting him. I didn't care if he survived or not as all it would provide was answer if I could do so without killing him. His female counterpart tried to stop me but I just ignored her as the flames pinned her down.

<Raven POV>

The flames seemed to grow more intense as inhuman screams rang out from within. It sounded spine tingling as it was completely horrific and easy to determine there was clear suffering. Strange created a dome to cut the screeching off as some of the civilians had collapsed because of it. Dr Strange Turning to me then asked...

Dr Strange: Raven we need to get inside and figure out what is going on. Zatanna and I couldn't make heads or tales of this but you seemed to recognize it somewhat so we need to take point to get us inside.

Zatanna: Also we need to determine which end of spectrum this comes from. Is it demonic or divine?

Raven: Neither, it's just ridiculously old and powerful it doesn't even technically fall into the category of magic and yet it is. It seems impossible to determine it's source. If I am being honest I am not certain that I can force our way in it would need to let us inside by choice. Unless you have an infinity or something equally powerful to overwhelm what it.

Dr Strange: I don't think that the time stone would be really a good idea for this...

Batgirl: I... I think I had a vision. I saw Julian Black walking out of the flames with a man and a woman but I couldn't see their faces too well to identify them.

Dr Strange: The Force is very mysterious and we don't know enough about it. I believe it is somewhat alive and aware. It mostly likely sent you a vision because traditional spell casters are taught to protect their minds so it couldn't contact us.

Batgirl: That is a little insulting but I understand what you mean

As they finish talking the flames began to part like a curtain. Stepping out from within these chaotic flames was Julian Black followed by a man and a woman just as predicted by Batgirl. The man was wearing tattered pants while the woman was wearing a man's shirt which appeared to be Julian's as he was now shirtless. The flames began to die down and fade away as he approached us. It was always apparent that he was in amazing shape but without his shirt... I know that he definitely going to have more fans even Batgirl and Zatanna were blushing a bit. Dr Strange didn't bother with the spectacle and went to examine the house. I decided to approach Julian directly to find out about what exactly happened.
