Hawkman: Cavorting with known villains on a asteroid I don't need more proof of your nefarious intent

Without warning Hawkman began firing upon us with little regard for life or surrender. Although the ship did have some weapons it was an exploration vessel first and foremost. It wasn't designed for combat unlike the Thanagarian vessel blasting us. Left with no better options we decided to land on the asteroid and activate the terraforming technology. Personally I would have liked to have done so remotely in the safety of my ship but I was left with little recourse.

We quickly departed our ship which I placed into my inventory to prevent them from destroying it. Seeing us now on the surface of the asteroid they followed us down to the surface. Hawkman and green arrow zeroed in on my position leaving Red Arrow, Robin, Atom smasher, and Captain Atom to deal with the rest. It was honestly overkill Captain Atom could probably take us all on and win. Especially if he isn't the retconed version if he is then probably even Harley could take him in a fight.

Thoris and Luka hit their target points activating things on their side meaning that they needed to keep the "heroes" busy until I finish things on my side. Ducking under a swing from Hawkman's mace I was going in for a right hook but a arrow whizzed by my face. Forced to retreat as Green Arrow worked in tandem with Hawkman. In doing so I nearly flung myself from the asteroid due to it's extremely low gravity. Stabilizing myself with telekinesis I pulled my plasma rifle and quickly fired at them both.

Hawkman used his Nth metal wings to block the attack but but Green Arrow wasn't so lucky. Being forced to move too quickly forced him to be launched off the asteroid. Instead of moving to assist him Hawkman continued focus on me closing the distance. I noticed Captain Atom out of the corner of my eye go after him. In those few seconds of distraction Hawkman closed the distance with no better options I just continued to fire on him forcing him back.

As I reached my activation point my attention was divided between the terminal and Hawkman. Just as I nearly finished entering the activation sequence an arrow pierced my chest as I pressed the last button. It takes less than two seconds to register my heart and lungs were punctured just before a something slammed into my head as everything went black.

3rd person POV:

Julian went down like a sack of potatoes just as all the devices attached to the asteroid began to light up and a stable energy shield surrounded the place. Before long what seemed like green gas was sprayed out before water endlessly began to rain from the energy shield surrounding the asteroid. Plant life grew at an accelerated rate releasing oxygen turning into a literal new eden. The fighting from before had completely stopped as everyone began to look around in amazement. Seeing endless plains and lakes as gravity began to normalize to earth specifications thanks to the pillars.

Ivy's face lit up in extreme pleasure seeing a literal miracle before her eyes even Harley eyes were like dinner plates wide with shock. Luka and Thoris felt proud beyond words having accomplished such a great feat. Selena, and Felicia remained on high alert thanks to M'Shen's training even while they observed the changes. Red Arrow, Robin and Atom smasher were stunned beyond words and realized what they had been doing and became unsure of themselves.

Meanwhile Green Arrow finally realized what he just did looking down at the corpse of Julian Black with one of his arrows in his chest and half his head caved in. Hawkman's mace still covered in human remains despite the rain he turns to see Captain Atom holding Green Arrow as he brought him to the ground. Shortly after they heard a scream of pure horror and gasps of shock before Thoris ran passed Hawkman pushing him away and he doesn't resist allowing himself to be moved. Thoris began to examine Julian's body frantically searching for some signs of life but it was clear to everyone that he was already dead.

Barely a few minutes later Captain Marvel arrived looking around not entirely certain of the situation but recognized Thoris from a Avengers file. She Flew to her side glaring at the Justice League members who hadn't run off but awaiting something. Before long a ship arrived carrying other members of justice league another arrived carrying the Avengers. Tensions were extremely high as both teams arrived as they usually stayed out of each other's business. Seeing the team of women surrounding Thoris as she held a body along with Captain Marvel and it didn't paint a good picture of what occurred. Especially when they were glaring at the justice league members who were already here and even tensed up seeing reinforcements. Although that wasn't the case the fact that they were on edge just from their presence said a lot.

Wonder Woman: Green Arrow what in hades happened!? What did you do!?
