Madam Heeds

About 5 years ago she had wanted to send money to her parents and apologise for the way she had behaved and left home; She had hired someone to find their phone number and address, although she was a little shocked by the address; she did not really think too much of it. The person who gave her the contact details never told her what her family financial situation was, they had just given her the details she wanted for the money she paid. 

"Hello, my is Lisa, is... is" she stammered, trying to rationalise what she was about to ask of her family 'They are my family, they have to help' she confirmed to herself.

"Lisa who?" asked the voice, a bit alert but still sleepy, the recipient of the call had not really expected a call so late, therefore was far from invested in the call.
