Gasping for air, Jia Li paused her sword practice during the time Xianwu was absent from the chamber. Thirsty and parched, she felt a glass of water being offered to her. Upon turning around, she discovered it was Xianwu.
"Drink," Xianwu urged gently.
Accepting the glass, Jia Li quenched her thirst and returned it to him.
"Don't push yourself too hard," Xianwu told her.
"I am barely doing anything," Jia Li replied.
"You do a lot of work," Xianwu said.
"Why don't you once fight with me? I would like to know how much I've improved," Jia Li requested him.
"Sure," Xianwu said and told her to wait there. After a few seconds, he returned with a sword in his hand and halted a meter away from Jia Li. He lunged toward her, striking at her, keeping the attack strength low.
