"Hey, come back! I don't want this thing!" Uriel shouted. While he could see the appeal of having a powerful cryptid that could take the appearance of any human by his side, it wasn't something he needed or wanted. The voice didn't appear again and instead, Nika grabbed his hands and spoke softly.
"Why are you so cold? We've not seen each other in so long and you're acting mean already? If you really don't want me by your side, then tell me that directly to my face and I'll be out of your breath."
"Nika? Is it really you? How can I know you're really you? Maybe you're the skinwalker playing games with me. Besides, I don't know what kind of creature just spoke with me, but if it really is the 'father of horrors' then I don't think it's a great idea to give him back the relic. Who knows what that thing can do with it."
"A skinwalker, huh? Why don't you give me one of your shiny coins then? That should do the trick."
