family dinner and Slytherin's book

Alex watched the book in amazement as he noticed the nodes and rune arrays on it. the book is enchanted with protective runes to keep the others from reading it, but he also noticed there are some nodes that can pierce the array and reveal the text in the book.

Alex decided to grab the book with him as the process will take sometime to cross the nodes and reveal the text, so he placed the book in his inventory and went towards the

living room in the mansion.

as Alex exited the library , James , Sirius and Harry surrounded him asked about making them new models like Lily and Alex has look of ," do you think it is that easy to come up with a new type of golem look". the three of them looked away from that gaze and Alex sighed and told them he will make new ones in a week, the three opened their mouths to say something, but stopped after noticing a gaze similar to Lily.

Alex ignore them for now and said 'hi' to Remus who was ignored by the trio until now, the three of them looked at Remus with a questioning look of ' when did you arrive? ' , Remus also is embarassed by this, only Lily and Alex greeted him.

Harry, James and Sirius felt guilty for Remus and goes for a chat. Alex goes to his room and bring out his wand to modify the nodes on the book, he diligently worked on the nodes until Harry knocked on his door to call him for dinner.

Alex went towards the huge dinning table, he saw his father's group, Lily who sit beside James and motioning him to sit beside her, Harry who is with Sirius. Alex went towards the seat beside Lily and sat there looking towards his mother , he asked her , " I want to visit uncle Black's ancestral home". Sirius who is drinking pumpkin juice after hearing this immediately spat it out. he looked at Alex asked ," why? your home is big and has many things, you're already bored of this place?".

James and Lily also watched their son with a curious gaze, their home has everything and Alex is asking for a visit to Black's home. they are a bit confused by this. Alex replied calmly," I want to visit your house library, I was told pureblood families gathered wisdom from hundreds of years, I want to find some interesting books and also interested in Black family heritage, do you mind taking me there uncle?".

Sirius want to say no, but after looking at Alex sparkling eyes don't know what to say and Lily at this moment told Alex ," our home also has a big library and a very prosperous heritage, why go there when you want to research those, stay here and study well". Alex pouted with anger and looked at Lily with puppy eyes asking her to visit just this once.

Lily after sometime of convincing accepted it, Sirius though reluctant accepted Alex's request as it is the first one Alex asked him and Sirius is having a weird face this entire time remembering his family of death eaters and Harry is hugging him as if console Sirius and also glared at Alex for this.

Alex ignored this and continued to eat his mother feeding him, he said he can eat but Lily doesn't listen and is feeding him herself, Harry now has jealous look and James motioned him to come to him to do the same thing as Lily.

Sirius and Remus are watching this family drama and didn't say anything, they enjoyed the dinner and discussed about their adventures in Hogwarts. Alex occasionally asked his father asked his father and Sirius about how they finished their animagus transformation, James and Sirius were just awkwardly smiling and didn't reply to this. Alex confirmed his suspicions about his father discovering the key and decoy of Godric's inheritance, but he didn't push it further and asked Lily about her animagus, she proudly replied her animagus is a doe and

also about her animagus transformation.

she also told her patronus form being a doe and James patronus being a stag. Harry asked what is a patronus charm and Alex explained to him about the magic, Lily is admiring her son growth, while James, Sirius and Remus are looking at Alex with a jaw dropped. they wondered how he knows that much about it when he is simply a first year, but after remembering his animagus at 7 years old they thought it isn't impossible.

after dinner Alex went to his room and continued his on Slytherin's book, he is excited since this book has runes guarding it, it might have valuable information, after nearly 2 hours of nodes connecting the text was revealed but concealed again, then Alex remembered Salazar Slytherin being a parseltongue and this book despite solving runes need snake language to read the information. but Alex isn't a parseltongue and can't tell the book to reveal itself. he sighed, closed the book and went to bed.
