Yoriichi P.O.V

I woke up with a slight headache. I looked around and saw mom, dad and grandpa looking at me with an excited look.

"Why do you all look so excited?" I asked curiously.

"You have awakened a never before seen Dojutsu Yoriichi. We are just excited to know what its abilities are and how you even awakened it. Just look at the mirror."

I was surprised to know about it. I had completely forgotten that I would awaken my Dojutsu when I was going to be 10 years old.

I looked into the mirror to see my Dojutsu. It was a black wheel-like pattern with eight spokes coming out of the centre. The pupil area between adjacent spokes is yellow. Unlike the anime, both my eyes had the Dojutsu. It might have additional abilities, I would have to research more about it.

While I was musing over it dad and mom were having a silent conversation.

Haru looked at Hanako weirdly.

Hanako said "What are you looking at me for?"

Haru said a little scared and worriedly "He is my son right? How did he even awaken a Dojutsu Kekkei Genkai if not?"

Hanako punched him and said angrily"You are sleeping outside for all the whole week for saying and thinking something this stupid."

"I am sorry, please let me sleep inside dear. I wouldn't think about such things again. There are just too many mosquitos at night, how will I even sleep with them biting me over and over." Haru said

"Nooo" Hana said

-Back to Yoriichi-

Grandpa said "let's go to the training grounds and check your eyes capabilities."

I agreed to it since i also wanted to know the capabilities of my eyes and unlike how most people believed that you get some memory of which abilities you have or how to use them, I didn't get any such manual.

'Poor customer service from GOD.'

Anyways once we reached the training grounds, I activated my eyes since I know how to switch my Dojutsu on and off now.

Grandpa, mom and dad were looking at me closely with a tinge of excitement.

First, I tried to make black rods and I managed to make them easily. It didn't take much chakra from me. These rods are directly made in the palms of my hands and can be made within the 10cm range of my body. I am pretty sure this range or distance will increase with time.

I tried to summon black rods of different sizes. So the maximum size I can create is two metre rods and the minimum size rods I can create are 20 centimetres rods. I can only control the height of these rods and not their weight or width. Of course I could still lower down its size if I use my Dojutsu ability and I will confirm it once I manage to use the shrinking ability.

I tried making the rods more smaller or bigger but I couldn't do it no matter how much chakra I tried to put in it. Maybe I will have to develop my ability before I can do it since i couldn't even use those black cubes which were not only good for defence and attack but only can block sensors completely. Just imagining dropping them on my foes makes me excited.

It would make sense since every Dojutsu whether it was the sharingan or the rinnegan had to develop over time before you can use all its abilities. Of course mangekyō sharingan doesn't count. It's understandable though, use of those eyes can make you blind unlike other eyes. So if one needed time and practice before one can use its abilities, he or she would already be blind to use these abilities.

"So this eye gives you something like an iron sand magnet release?" Dad asked

"I think I can only make these rods for now but I am pretty sure I can make other things in the future. But these rods are unique." I said

"Oh tell me more about these rods of yours." Dad said

"These rods are formed out of chakra, which takes on a consistency similar to metal. I think they are durable enough to break steel scalpels, as well as sharp enough to pierce through human bodies with ease. Though durable, the rods can still be destroyed when struck with sufficient force, and their creator is able to break them apart without any apparent difficulty."

"I can summon 3-4 rods simultaneously with in a second and launch it in any direction I want so it can function as high speed projectiles."

"I can summon different types of these rods but right now I can only use these rods. I call these rods the normal ones. But as I grow my abilities, rods will also start manifesting different abilities."

When I managed to make one of the rods, I automatically got the knowledge of them and also the different types of rods I will manage to awaken as I progress in my ability. I don't know the exact order of which rods I will awaken first and which later, I know the abilities of the rods though.

So the first type of rod is chakra absorption. Simple enough, you might think, absorb enemies chakra at a very low speed but no it's much much more than that.

Unlike Isshiki I have two of these eyes so the rods I create will be stronger than his so the speed at which I can absorb chakra will also be much higher than him. Not only that I will be able to increase this limit too.

Yup, If I would be in situations where I am at the losing end, I might just 'BREAK MY LIMITS' like all those MCs from different animes.

I know you guys will have tons of questions about the eyes, will I make him too overpowered, will he have any additional abilities or benefits of having Dojutsu in both eyes. Just wait for the next couple chapters and everything will be explained. I don't want to leave any plot holes or make him too overpowered just from start. So his eyes will just be like the sharingan. Like one tomoe to three tomoe. Although no changes in eye pattern, ugh I can't explain you it in short so just wait for the next couple chapters.
