The border officers II

As the officer's accusing voice rang out, Ethan's instincts kicked in, and he swiftly leaped down from the wagon, intending to intervene and address the situation. However, his swift response triggered a dangerous reaction from one of the officers.

In a sudden and menacing display of power, the officer's hand transformed into enormous crab-like claws, poised threateningly at Ethan's neck. The sharp tip of the claw was dangerously close to piercing his skin.

"Stay where you are, boy, I can easily slice your neck before you can even move a muscle" the officer commanded with a cold, malicious tone, the glint of a sinister grin visible on his face. 

With a steely resolve, Ethan stood his ground, trying to maintain a calm facade despite the imminent danger.
