"Henry, you are still too naive. I'm afraid people will take advantage of you…" Dahlia muttered while staring at the door.
Of course, she already knew that Kate wasn't a bad woman. She acted as if she didn't accept Kate as Henry's new girlfriend because it would incite his urge to bring Kate here.
Dahlia had been dying to know what kind of woman Kate was.
James told her that he was madly in love with her but dared not confess or court her openly because of her status as a married woman, and she was very loyal to her husband despite him being a useless man with no redeeming qualities.
Dahlia knew how hard it was to stay with a man with no redeeming quality. Though she felt that Kate was stupid for staying with her husband, Dahlia still acknowledged her dedication and faithfulness to her husband.
"It's good that she finally got a divorce," Dahlia smiled. "She deserves so much more. If only James was still alive. He'd marry her in a heartbeat."
