BRIANCA JONATHAN JOHNSONS ...

With my declaration, his lips crash on mine, and he pushed two fingers into my inner chamber.

Aah, I scream waking up to dawn.

What the hell just happened? Why I'm I dreaming of Logan? It felt so real, oh my God, please help me stop this, this can't be happening to me. "I say exasperated". I sluggishly pull myself to the bathroom after dressing my bed.

ADAM'S RESIDENCE

As Adam Jonathan sat in his grand living room, he couldn't help but feel the weight of his family's legacy bearing down on him. He was a man of means, with a vast fortune and a sprawling mansion to call his own, but something was missing. His late brother, Constantine Johnsons, had been a titan of industry, a master of business, and a true visionary. Adam, on the other hand, had always struggled to keep up with his brother's success.

As he sat there lost in thought, he was suddenly interrupted by the arrival of his daughter. She swept into the room like a hurricane, her long blonde hair trailing behind her and her designer clothing clinging to her curves. She was a force to be reckoned with, a woman who knew what she wanted and wasn't afraid to go after it. And yet, there was something about her that made Adam uneasy. Perhaps it was her sharp tongue or her disdain for anyone who didn't meet her high standards. Whatever it was, he couldn't help but feel a sense of unease as she approached him.

"Good morning, Dad," she said with a sly smile.

"What brings you here, my beauty?" he asked, suspicious of her sudden appearance.

"I was supposed to be in Paris, but I heard there's going to be a business event for the company and the Almighty Logan Brooks was sent an invitation, so I want to attend," she said, dropping the bomb.

"Why are you so interested in that man? You already know he's not the type of person to joke with," he said, his tone wary.

"My point exactly," she replied, her eyes gleaming with ambition. "Imagine having him as your son-in-law. You'll be unshakable, and your company will move to another level, Dad."

He raised an eyebrow, catching on to her conniving plan. "I see. Well, I'll leave it up to you then. Just be careful not to get in over your head with that one."

I'm so happy Nalani died, she always stole the spotlight, Looking back I always wanted what she had, and why is that? Because she always took everything I desired: money, beauty, and perfect life. But I knew I could never get it - not with my own mediocre life. So instead, I resorted to badmouthing her behind her back. "She doesn't deserve all of that", I always said to other family members. "She only got it because she's lucky. She doesn't work as hard as I do." The words tasted bitter in my mouth, but the jealousy within me refused to relent. I knew I needed to find a way to get what my cousin had, but I didn't need to lift a finger. Hahaha

"How interesting things turned out," she mused. "I never thought others wanted her out of the picture too. But at least now, I can take what rightfully belongs to me. Oh, Logan. You're soon going to be mine. All mine," she declared, relishing in the power she would soon possess.

As the words left her lips, a sinner energy seemed to fill the room. It was as if the very air around her was thick with malice and dark intentions. And yet, she revelled.

For this was her chance to wield ultimate control over all that stood in her way. And she was prepared to do whatever it took to get it.

LOGAN'S MANSION

"Bro, you won't believe what you just received in the mail today," his friend said as they sipped on their coffee in Logan's office.

"What? A love letter from your secret admirer?" he quipped, not looking up from his phone.

"No, Logan. A special invitation from Mr Adams for an event next week," his friend said, waving the envelope in front of his face.

He sighed, finally looking up. "No."

"What? But it's a special invitation! You can't just say no like that," his friend protested.

"I didn't ask for it," he replied with the least interest, his eyes already wandering back to his phone.

His friend frowned, not understanding his lack of enthusiasm. "Okay, I'll go on your behalf then."

He simply shrugged his shoulders, not bothering to even acknowledge his friend's offer. Not like it's new to him, he turns down every invitation. It's rare to see him in any gathering, somehow Nalani made them see another side of him but ever since their abrupt separation, he has gone back to his old self: Cold, dark and heartless.

For him, nothing seemed interesting anymore. And so, he continued scrolling through his phone, numb to the world around him.

SIRENS HOUSE

Preparing lunch for myself while manipulating my laptop. I receive another email from Xi.

"WE NEED TO MEET SIREN!" His words mean business. What do you want to tell me, Xi??

"Location"? I reply.

"No, I'll come to meet you".

"Ok" Judging from the look of things he already traced my location. Such a sly bastard I mutter, not surprised.

I quickly finish preparing my lunch, my heart pounding with worry and confusion. What could Xi possibly want to tell me about my family that's so urgent? I try not to let my thoughts wander too far as I wait for his arrival.

When Xi finally arrives, he doesn't waste any time. "Siren, a bounty has been placed on your head back at the organisation, same as me. We need to act fast to make sure everyone is safe."

I immediately feel my blood run cold. What do you mean by everyone??

Your grandfather and elder brother.

Hearing this put my mind into overdrive. "What do we need to do?" I ask, my voice barely above a whisper.

"First, we need to put them under survey, I don't know if you have other important people, but we need to keep our eyes open. When I escaped I came here alone, but for the past two weeks, I've seen two assassins, class A to be precise, I just hope that they haven't harmed anyone close to you. So we need to assess the situation. Can I stay with you ?" he says, urgency lacing his tone.

Yes sure.

Looking back to the events of the past couple of days, something clicks in my mind. Logan's car was laced too! I feel my heart skip a beat. Logan is also their target, I say out loud, startling Xi.

Who's Logan?

Someone important to me.

He looked at me intently, then realizing what I meant his face fell in shock.

Siren...

Shut up Xi

Okay,

As we sit in silence, Xi turns to me and says, "Siren, we need to be more careful. We can't lose anyone else to something like this."

I nod in agreement, feeling a sense of responsibility weighing heavily on my shoulders. It's clear that this isn't the end - there will be more threats and challenges to come. But I'm ready to do whatever it takes to keep my family, and the people I care about, safe. Xi, there's something we need to do.

And what is that?

We need to keep tabs on Logan, I don't know how but it needs to happen.

Bring your machine.

Here it is

I guess we can work with this for now, do you know his complete name?

Yeah. I think it's... Logan Brooks. I said, and he began typing a whole lot of stuff.

Xi be careful, Logan has people and connections.

Noted.

As I worked on the machine my eyes flew wide. Holly cow!! Siren, he's the world's top billionaire. like how did this happen??

Quit joking around!

Fine

Again, I nodded in understanding. "We need to keep an eye on him and his connections," I agreed. "But how do we do that without getting caught?"

Xi thought for a moment before speaking. " It's easy, I'll need to create a separate network that can't be traced back to us. I know how to do that, but it's going to take some time."

I nodded again, feeling a bit overwhelmed by the task ahead of us. But I also knew that we were up for the challenge. "Let's get started," he said, determined to do whatever it takes to complete our mission and take down the corrupt organization that had been causing so much chaos and destruction.

Done.

Okay, thank you.

You're welcome. By the way, you've got a nice place here.

Thank you, please, make yourself at home.

Sure.

AT THE SHOPPING MALL

Brianca being her nasty self, walked into the shopping mall and went to the elite section. She wanted something beautiful and eye-catching. Something that will make Logan notice her. She walks up to the receptionist and says.

Who's the manager of this place??

Excuse me?

Just give me an answer and stop ranting. She responds rudely.

Sorry, he's not around.

I see, well, I want your most expensive gown.

Ma'am, I don't think that's possible, it is really expensive.

Pulling down her glasses she stares at the sales lady like trash. Then said ...

Did I ask for your help pauper??

Excuse me? The sales lady's cheeks flushed with anger as Brianca continued to berate her. "Ma'am, I'm sorry but I cannot allow you to speak to me that way," she said, her voice shaking with emotion. "I am just doing my job and I deserve to be treated with respect."

Brianca rolled her eyes. "Oh please, spare me the sob story," she sneered. "I just want your most expensive gown. Is that too much to ask?"

The sales lady took a deep breath, trying to maintain her composure. "I'm sorry, but we cannot simply give you our most expensive gown without first verifying your identity and payment information," she explained calmly.

Brianca scoffed at the salesgirl's apology. "You should be begging me for my business" Do you have any idea who I am?"

The salesgirl shook her head nervously. "I'm sorry, I don't," she stuttered.

"Of course, you don't," Brianca sneered. "You're just a nobody working in a mall. But I am Brianca Adams Johnsons, heiress to the Johnsons fortune. I could buy this entire mall if I wanted to."

The salesgirl's eyes widened in surprise, but she tried to remain professional. "I understand that, ma'am," she said. "But we still have policies and procedures that we need to follow. I cannot simply give you our most expensive gown without proper verification."

Brianca's temper flared. "How dare you speak to me like that?" she hissed. "I demand that you give me the gown right now, or I will have your job on a platter."

The salesgirl trembled. "I'm sorry, ma'am, I'll go and get the gown now," she said trembling. She brought the gown and Brianca paid for it.

Brianca's face turned into a knowing smile. "That's better, hurry up," she spat. "I will make sure that you never work in this city if you try this again." after that she left. The sales lady thanked her stars for not losing her job.
