The Dragons Of Ryugaeia represent the elements. There are nine Dragons amongst them all regarded as the Kings and Queens Of The Elements. Hence in Ryugaeia, there are nine major elements over which the Dragons rule. Hence, there are nine domains also over which the Dragons have dominion. The Kings and Queens Of The Elements rule over these nine domains. The Dragon Sovereign in turn rules over the Kings and Queens Of The Elements and is the overall head of the Dragons.
