Grade > Maximum Ira Level for each grade

Grade 5 - 4000

Grade 4 - 8000

Grade 3 - Unknown

Grade 2 - Unknown

Grade 1 - Unknown

When I say maximum Ira level for a grade I mean the total amount of Ira the contractor of the grade must have before advancing to the next

Types of Techniques

1) Knowledge-Based Techniques - techniques that have increased effect the more the target knows about.

2) Action-Based Techniques - techniques that are attached to certain actions, said action could be anything from breathing to waving a hand as long as it is considered as an action.
