50 or so dark figures began to rush towards the devil soldiers "Devils prepare to defend our honor, we can't allow some lowly devil-man to defeat us" the devil general said, as the battle began.

After a few hours of battle bodies could be seen everywhere, guts spilling out from different bodies, heads missing, some without hands, lying on the ground praying for death to come and wash away their pain.

If one took count of the bodies lying everywhere not a single devil-man body was present, the devil's body filled the battleground.

"I told you, you lots are nothing but a waste of time, I would have killed you all if not for the fact that I need some of you alive," the leader of the devil-man said.

Devil-man are half devil half human, they possess extraordinary powers, That is why devils try to enslave them when they are young placing a contract on them so that they would remain slaves forever.

"Sir Dent, we have rounded up all the remaining devils, What should we do to them" a female devil-man said, There was another reason for devils to enslave or straight out kill any devil-man they find, and that's because devil-man are very violent, they would sometimes go wild, killing anything and anyone they come across.

"This devil settlement is already under our control, when the other devils find out about this, they will surely act" the leader Dent replied, having been alive for so long, he could almost predict the way the devils would act, but he had his reasons for acting now of all time.

"But doesn't worry, right now the main devil forces are focusing on defending their borders against the demon's attack, They wouldn't have enough manpower to take us on, and they will already know that, so they will wait till the war between the devils and demons end before they will attack us" he walked into the settlement that they had now claimed as theirs, as he moved along he could see the sadden faces of may devils.

Some were eyeing him as if they wanted to kill him right on the spot, but they couldn't, standing in his presence alone had changed their minds, because he was no longer holding back his Aura, the devils could feel their skin crawling, Dent shook his head as he saw those devils 'they will not understand that I am doing this for them, this way every race would know not to mess with the devils' he thought.

As he got into what used to be the settlement leader's home, he sat down and closed his eyes while saying "Now, we can begin, We need to hurry before the war ends" he began to instruct the devil-man and the remaining devils on what to do, with this his plan was sent into motion.

"Lately things haven't been going great, we have been facing devils and demons in the otherworld, I joined this organization to make easy money but it turns out I joined at the wrong time," a blonde hair man said as he sat in his room feeling exhausted, he just came back from his mission which was hunting down a rogue devil, he went along with 13 hunters.

When he first discovered he would be going on the mission with 13 others, he wondered how dangerous a devil could be for the organization to send over that amount of hunters.

But after having an encounter with the said devil, he realized that 13 hunters weren't enough, and most of them were killed, instead of the single devil they were supposed to face, they came across 6 strong devils, normally a devil would need a contract to cross over to the otherworld but when a devil gets strong enough, it can materialize its physical body and roam around the otherworld.

At first, the mission went according to plan, they killed the 6 devils with much effort losing only 4 of the hunters, but they were newbie hunters on their first mission, After they killed the 6 devils they thought it was over. the blonde-haired man thought back to the fight.

3 HOURS EARLY

"That's it, we killed them," a female hunter said as she sat on the floor exhausted, sweat dripping down her face as she looked over at the remaining 9 hunters who were in a similar state.

"Pack up their bodies, let's head back to base, I need to shower," the blonde hair man said as he dragged his heavy body off the ground, Moving towards the dead devil's bodies he looked up, a full moon was hanging over their heads, a cold breeze blowing towards them, the blonde man stopped on his track as his body told him to move out of the way, which he did.

As he dodged to the side a large figure appeared where he was standing, A thunder in the depths, a thump of dirt, and suddenly the blonde man saw a peculiar creature of thunder and grime. Two violent eyes stare at him with a paralyzing ferocity, and another thunder bursts from its fiery mouth with a most putrid smell.

Four curved horns adorn its swollen head, which itself is adorned with fiery symbols. A faint glow escapes the creature's forked nostrils set within a stringy nose.

Its swollen head sits atop a broad, meaty body. Several bizarre wounds ooze a thick, foul liquid, but the blonde man could only guess at the origins.

The creature strides toward the hunters its four legs sturdily carrying its fiery body with a sedated energy. A powerful tail follows behind it, and tendril-like veins protrude from it in several places.

The creature, disappointed or bored, breaks its gaze upon the hunters for now.

As it looked around till its eyes met, the 6 devils lying motionlessly on the floor, the new devil growled in anger as it set its eye on the hunters.

"Guys, I don't think we can take this devil down, That's a knight-level devil," a hunter holding what could be described as an energy scanner said as he took a few steps back.

"Blonde. Go get help, and hurry we will hold off the devil for now, we can't let it roam the street" another hunter said, among all of them present here, the blonde man was the fastest, having signed a contract with a speed devil, he received great speed faster than the world strongest man but not to the level he would turn blur.

Without wasting any time, he ran off, using all his strength, If he wasn't in a hurry, he would have realized that he was moving faster than before, faster than he ever ran.

"Do you think, more of you can stop me" the devil spoke as it dashed towards the female hunter with just a single swap of its claws, The hunter was split into two, and blood and guts spilled everywhere. It didn't let the death of one of the hunters sink in for the other hunter as it went after another hunter, for there the massacre began.

The blonde man ran for a great distance, he ran into the hunter's base, The others were puzzled by his behavior because powers were not allowed inside the base, he stopped in front of a large hall, with hunters inside, "Devil... Knight level...send help" the blonde man was too tired to speak, as he fell on his knees.
