“You’re sure you want me to with me?” Lucas breathed. My feet were back on the floor now and grabbed his face in both of my hands.

“Of course, I want to be with you," I breathed out, my voice a mix of conviction and a whisper of vulnerability. “I’m yours, Lucas, entirely. And, you’re mine. The idea of giving you up … no. I will not be doing that. I couldn’t.”

“Mine?”

“Yes, completely yours, Lucas Koya.”
