Chapter 9

Just then your father walks in the living room and sits on the sofa. "How is school?" he asks. "It is fun.." you say. "I told you that you will enjoy here." he says. "Yeah." Y/B agrees.

After chatting with him for a while, you guys go to eat dinner. "Shuff! Mai tees arr baut ru bweak! (Huff! My teeth are about to break!) " your brother mumbles after stuffing his mouth.

"Eat slowly bruh.." you say doubting the fact that he is your brother or not.

"Listen to your sister." your mother says.

After dinner-

You go your bed and play on your laptop for a while. "This dude is good.." you mumble to yourself after finding a nice player.

You send a friend request to her. She accepts it and then you both go for another round. Just like that, about an hour passed and your hands start to ache. "Bro, let's play tomorrow." you say while typing the same on the chat.

"K." she says and you close the laptop.

"Whoosh!" the wind came in from the window. You go towards it and close it. After drinking water, you lie on the bed and try to sleep.

"Clink. Clink." a sound came from behind you. Your eyes become wide open and you feel that someone is standing behind you.

"Who is it? Why didn't I hear the door or window opening?" you think.

"Oh! Y/N Chan!! You will be mine sooon~ Very sooon~" someone with a masculine voice talked from behind.

"It is a male.. Why does he sound so familiar?" you think trying not to make a suspicious move. "I am leaving a gift for you! Until next time, Y/N chan!" he says.

After a few seconds or so, you feel that his presence is gone and cold air began to come in.

You get up instantly and find the window open. "He left without making a sound..." you say in a low voice trembling a little.

You close the curtains and go back to the bed. Suddenly, your eyes go on your desk.

You gasp and fall on the ground.

It was the doll, the doll with the camera in it. Despite knowing about the camera, you decide to act normal and go to sleep.

The next morning:

"Hey.. The doll is in my room. Someone came and gave it to me yesterday." you inform Y/B after going downstairs in the living room.

"Someone came and gave it to you? Like came in the room?" he asks confused. "Yeah." you reply.

"So did he say anything or do anything to you?" he asks getting serious. "No.. He didn't do anything to me but did say something like I would be his soon.. And he kept calling me Y/N chan." you answer.

"Ok.. If he ever makes a move on you, I swear I will kill him on spot. But anyways, how did he sound like?" he asks again. "He sounded very familiar.. Like I hear his voice everyday or something." you reply remembering last night.

"Familiar? That might help us find him." he says.

"Come on children! You are getting late!" your mother suddenly shouts in the middle and you both get scared.

"Ok mom! We are leaving! Bye and love you!" you both shout and leave. "Akari isn't there.. Let's go call her.." Y/B suggests. "Yeah. Let's go." you say and start walking towards Akari's House.

"Akari!" you shout from down. She comes out running and shouts, "I woke up late today! Good morning though!"

"It doesn't look like a good morning for you.." you say smiling. "Indeed it wasn't but what worse could happen?" she asks.

Just then, something fell from the sky at a high speed. You all looked down in sync and found bird poop.

"Ah.. Uric acid or metabolic waste.. I learnt that shit in biology. Akari also knows." Y/B says closing his nose.

"Thankfully you didn't step forward." you say to Akari. "Yes.. I think this day will not end up well." she says sighing.

You guys then head to school at a quick pace as you were almost late this time.

Finally after reaching the class, the teacher entered and started the attendance. As usual, the classes were boring and you kept feeling sleepy.

After a long time of suffering, break time arrived. Everyone seemed just as bored as you in the past classes and they went out running and shouting.

You still didn't have any energy left in you and just keep sitting and then dozed off for a few minutes.

"Snap!" someone snaps in front of you. You open your eyes and find Kiyoshi in the front smiling.

"Oh.. Hi." you say rubbing your eyes and stretching while still feeling sleepy.

"Hey.. I came to ask if you want to come with me to check on Tsukiyomi.. I haven't seen him since last Friday and am a little concerned." he says. You find something wrong with his voice but you were too exhausted to think about it. "Yes, let's go check on him.." you agree and stand up.

Walking up the stairs, you hear the screams of the people from all four sides. "How are they so energetic? you ask. "I honestly don't know." Kiyoshi says.

You reach the corridor and find Tsukiyomi's class. You both go in and find him sitting, writing and smiling.

"I often find him sitting like that.." you say in a low voice. "I found him once like that.." Kiyoshi says.

You both walk up to him and then you say, "Good morning." He looks at you suddenly and closes the book. "Oh.. Um.. Good morning.." he says and leaves the classroom.

"Why did he just leave like that? Is he okay?" you ask many questions. "Did we do something wrong to hurt him?" Kiyoshi asks. You both think for while and still don't remember anything.

"I don't know..." you say getting a little sad. "Maybe he is just stressed with upcoming tests and all. Or he wants alone time or something.." Kiyoshi says.

"Maybe.. Lets go back now.. The break time is about to finish." you say getting out of the classroom and going towards the stairs.

After reaching to class, you eat a little and then the bell rings.

When Tsukiyomi left the classroom-

"I should not cause trouble for them.." he says in a low voice.
