Evelyn didn't shed a single tear after being beaten so badly by Raphael but now her eyes were suddenly glossy and her chin quivered as she spoke
"What is someone's fault if he is born poor or he is not strong enough to save himself from becoming a slave, Your Majesty?"
"I have never seen a day in my life where I was not beaten and given even two time of meals since I became a slave. You people see us as some kind of pest yet you people are unable to do anything without the people like us. Evelyn paused remembering the day when she had stepped inside the arena.
