Chapter 35:Blue leaf Academy

"ok everyone, I'll call each one of you to perform and indentify your own elemental mana." said the examiner while checking the list of the participants in a leaf slip or a paper made of leaf.

"here it is, i can finally show off my rare magic" an enthusiastic kid said.

"I've train life energy and fire energy but I.. i created my own mana core, I'm intrigued to know what energy did my mana core has." a small girl said but unfurtunately, her mana core elements was wind which was different to what she use to train with.

"hey silna, I already have my mana core after painstakingly train earth magic about 2 months ago I'm sure it was definitely earth magic" a random male participating excitingly told his bestfriend which was just sitting besides him about his recent achievement in months.

"well, mine formed about 3 months ago after working hard training my water magic. Gilt im just like you who haven't confirm the details about our mana core, i hope it's water element though." replied a female participants with wishful thinking. Unluckily, the boy name gilt obtain a mana core of water while the girl was earth, later on.

After countless murmurs and chatters. The examiner started to call the participants with their number code one by one.

Many kids tried there luck. Most of them has life energy mana core. While a few were dual core user. Their were also others that didn't awaken a mana core.

Suddenly an intense chattering filled the atmosphere of the room.

"look, isn't that person a genius?!"

"yeah, he seems familiar.... Wait don't tell me.. His the third young master of alleaus marquessate and I've heard he was a genius in fire magic just like how the second young master was a genius at sword."

"yes, i also heard he was a genius especially using his fire magic"

" jared.. What an honorable name"

And the object of attention was.

There was a kid who stand out the most, he is some kind of a genius with 3 mana core, a triple core user which was fire, earth, and life energy core. The kid was an 8 year old high-elf with a red hair and a an emerald eyes.

His name was jared alleuas, the third of the 3 sons of belden alleaus. Belden who was blessed by the goddess of fertillity. Had three sons and two daughters. The elder son was on the marquessate capital city teryuin city helping his father with the management. The eldest daughter has already married off and the youngest daughter was jared twin sister and also attending an academy. Unfortunately mark didn't met her since she attended earlier than jared and she was in another academy.

Jared was 8 years old and his unique trait was, even if he was a genius in fire magic but he loved life energy magic which he was untalented of and train with it more than he do to fire magic but he will only get a flimsy result but he tend to not give up in his pursuit to studying of mending broken things and the first was life magic which has healing power than the moonforce. In short he has a tendency as a saint.

While his twin sister janien alleaus, was quite opposite to him. She instead love destructive magic than healing ones or preferred destruction over mending things. Though she is a genius on repair and heal magic.

Back at the room. Jared had just finished the aptitude test and sit down to his seat feeling down since the garnet barely emits light. The chatters pipe down.

"ok, and lastly number 70 hurry up"

It was mark's turn. He stand up and walk in the front and test his mana into the exact gemstone.

Many was surprised how bright the garnet shine, even the mending craze jared couldn't help but envy.

But he only activate the garnet which reduced the fatique of the whole class who are also in the Area of effect.

At the last part, he hold the moonstones. Forest elves aren't really allowed to touch it but high-elf can to test there moon-force since march's body has a qualification to do so.

But before the he even inject his moon-force. Someone came shouting.

"guyz look!! A quadruple core user! And she even activate the moonstone and bloodstone!! "

"what!? Really, let me see"

Then the other also goes outside, the examiner who had yet to be done in his work followed suit since its very rare to see someone activate both moonstone and bloodstone at the same time.

She didn't want to waste the opportunity to see such a peerless genius being born neither do the other. Even jared goes to see it too.

Mark was left in the a silent and lone room. He was left speechless about how big deal did such things happened?.

He sigh and just do what he have to do. He just came in this world more than a month ago and was still unfamiliar about the new environment he was now.

He inject his moonforce on the moonstone. And a sequence of event occurs. As bright as a star filled the room. Weird thundering sound and it seems like the room is rumbling as if a small quake. It occurred only for a few seconds and the light grew smaller and smaller.

As soon as examiner's back. The light already became as faint as jared life energy. The examiner saw how weak the light is and recorded it but when the light fades, the moonstone broke!.

And the rune in it had many cracks and completely unusable. The examiner didn't notice it but mark did.

In fear that he will be fined or be put to jail by breaking such a precious gem, he sneakily take it with him. Not knowing the laws is indeed scary and mark only knew a few of them.

And he hoped the examiner won't notice it's dissappearance. Good thing no one saw that tremors, or else, it will cause a commotion.

After the examiner recorded it. She told mark.

"number 70, you can leave now. The others already leave you behind and sorry for the late announcement. And be better go back at exactly 8 in the morning"

"no wonder the others didn't comeback. They already left... Yes, maam! I'll do my best! " replied mark with a bow in respect.

Mark left the room with the broken moonstone on his inventory.
