_ Jailed in nothingness

His lids were heavy, he could hear many noises coming from somewhere a distance away from him. Then, somewhere in the same distance difference– a machine began to hum and all of LSR's senses seemed to have sprawled to life by the sound.

His eyes which remained shut parted a little but that was about the limit of how much it could stretch.

From the parted corner, he could see a light so bright, he was forced to shut his eyes close.

He could move his legs and hands now and as he wriggled to set himself up, he saw that something was holding him firmly and fiery.

He continued to hear the voices which were doing no less than buzzing in his ears.

"He's coming up. He's moving!" he could hear the voice of a female saying to someone– both of which he could not see but he could hear.

He heard the other person say something of praise, directed at him.

"Oh, he's strong. He's back fighting after just a few hours of blacking out."
