I'll Wake Up When I've Thought About It

"All of you, stop! If you don't stop, I'm going to kill you!" Lockhart shouted, waving his wand after nearly being hit by a jinx.

"Immobulus (All Immobulus!)!"

Lockhart tried to use the Immobilization Charm to save his dignity as a professor,

Unfortunately, the spell backfired, and Lockhart only saw beautiful sparks coming from the tip of his wand.

And then … nothing …

Lockhart was about to say something to cover up his embarrassment when a round, shapeless object hit the back of his head and exploded, showering him with viscous liquid.

Lockhart was nearly knocked out by the stench.

"Who's there?" Lockhart turned around, furious, and was about to look to see who the bastard was who had thrown them, when he saw more of them flying towards him.

Lockhart once again took his chances and cast an Obstacle Spell to try and stop the dung-filled eggs.

However, his charm went out of control again, turning into a powerful explosive charm that caused all the dung-balls in the air to explode, causing foul-smelling yellow liquid to rain down from the sky…

Lockhart quickly took off his jacket and covered his head, trying to get away from the fight as quickly as possible.

However, as they fled, Lockhart caught sight of Ivan, who was standing in the middle of the battlefield, resisting several spells but not falling.

The shimmering ring on Ivan's right hand caught Lockhart's attention…

"Petrify all! Armour yourselves!" Unaware that Lockhart was watching her, Ivan used his wand to petrify a Slytherin who was casting a spell on him, then quickly cast Armour on himself.

His protective ring was temporarily unusable after resisting multiple spells…

Ivan saw this unprecedented House brawl and was momentarily unsure how to stop it.

It was chaotic enough with a bunch of young wizards fighting each other, but Fred's sales of joke toys made the place look like hell.

Someone lit a few fireworks and threw them out. The fireworks and explosions caused chaos everywhere.

As the conflict escalated, several senior wizards and witches began to cast deadly spells.

In order to prevent the chaos from escalating and causing irreparable consequences, Ivan had no choice but to conduct a large-scale cleanup.

Using his magic to repair the Shield Charm, Ivan charged into the Slytherin camp like a tiger into a pack of wolves.

In the next instant, Ivan activates the Ring of Magic around his left wrist,

A huge magical wave spread out from Ivan in all directions…

The large number of spells aimed at Ivan were extinguished before they even got close, and a dozen Slytherin wizards were blown away…

And that's after Ivan controlled the power,

After Ivan's all-out attack, the young Gryffindor wizard, who already had the upper hand, instantly overwhelmed his opponent, and in just two minutes, no Slytherin was left standing.

As George and the others celebrated their victory, they heard Professor McGonagall's angry voice behind them.

"Will someone please tell me exactly what happened here?"

When McGonagall heard the news, she rushed to the stadium, but before she could enter the stadium, she saw the colorful light of the charm.

There were many screaming Slytherin wizards lying on the ground, most of them having been jinxed, some of the more unfortunate ones having their faces smashed in by dung-balls and being knocked out cold.

McGonagall, shaking with anger, waved her wand to undo the various charms that had been placed on the Slytherins, then turned to look at Wood and the others, who were trembling with fear.

In McGonagall's opinion, Slytherin was actually outnumbered by Gryffindor, but the fact that they had been beaten to such a state made it clear that Ivan was behind the attack.

"Professor McGonagall, here's the thing…" Ivan took a step forward and made no attempt to hide the truth from her.

After all, there were so many people here. There was no way to hide it, so he might as well tell the truth.

After explaining why, Ivan paused, then continued.

"Anyway, because of this, there were some conflicts. I was worried that someone might not be able to control the power of the spell and cause casualties, so I stopped the chaos…"

This is your way of stopping the chaos? Professor McGonagall stared at the Slytherins, who were just getting to their feet.

Yvonne nodded obediently. 'If you knock the enemy down, then there's no fight left.'

McGonagall glared at him, then turned to Wood and the others and scolded them.

"You people are such a disappointment to me. Nothing like this has ever happened at Hogwarts since I started teaching!"

"Two hundred points will be deducted from Gryffindor for fighting on the pitch!" Professor McGonagall said coldly.

Two hundred points…that's too much!

Gryffindor simply did not have two hundred points to deduct…

Ivan was left speechless, and George was quick to retort. "Professor, it was those Slytherins who tampered with the Quidditch game first!"

"Enough!" Professor McGonagall interrupted.

"Ms. Hodge mentioned this to me when she informed me.

She told me in no uncertain terms that a powerful Confunding Charm had been cast on the Bludger, and that as far as I know there are none in the entire school… only a handful of lesser wizards are likely capable of it!"

Professor McGonagall wanted to be more absolute, but changed her mind when she saw Ivan.

If Ivan knew the Confunding Charm and was as skilled at it as he was at Transfiguration, he would have been able to cast a charm on the Bludger.

However, Ivan was from Gryffindor House and was on good terms with Harry, so he would never do such a thing.

"Where's your Professor Lockhart?" McGonagall asked, looking around for him.

If she remembered correctly, Hodge said Lockhart was on the pitch today… and why didn't he stop something so nasty from happening?

"Professor Lockhart is over there." Ivan pointed helplessly to the right-hand lawn.

McGonagall looked where he was pointing and saw Lockhart lying on the lawn with his gorgeous jacket over his head.

In truth, Lockhart was merely feigning unconsciousness, as he had not yet decided how he would explain his inability to prevent a dispute between the two Houses.

He won't wake up until he's decided…
