ive noticed quite a few people lose interest in this arc note that this is an important Arc that has to do with Frank's origin

A horse galloped slowly towards the tent where the base's seniors lived.

Frank and the others who were seated right outside the tent saw this and looked over.

The rider was in a pitch black uniform with a weird emblem on his uniform.

It was a black avian-like creature with several chains hanging from its wings.

"The enforcers," Gertrude said, and he stood up and saluted.

Seeing his action, Frank and the others did so too. They had to pay respect to the enforcers as they were one of the most influential people in the base. They also doubled down as a faction as they didn't side with any specific faction.

There are five factions in the base and the enforcers unit, though they cannot be considered factions like the noble and warrior factions, which span across units.

They were very powerful, not only in authority but in might too.
