To avoid suspicion, Gary waited half a minute before returning to the plaza in front of the city lord's manor. He was also the last adventurer to arrive.

Seeing that Gary had arrived, Doc, the lord of Sun City, swept his gaze over all those present, including the Warcraft, and, with his hands on his greatsword, said loudly, "Now that everyone's here, let's get down to business."

Doc's towering height of five meters and his massive build exerted no small amount of pressure on Sky Dragon and the Skrull people present. His voice was also incredibly deep and commanding, which further intensified that pressure.

However, Sky Dragon knew that this Blue Man city lord wasn't particularly strong.

Based on the aura inadvertently revealed by Doc, Sky Dragon deduced that his strength should be around the peak of the Sixth Order, definitely not that of a Seventh Order powerhouse. He was stronger than everyone else present, but only by a limited margin.
