Lu Zhen followed the staff to the base where Director Wei Ji's script was filmed. In the base, the scene had already been set up. The main filming location was a supermarket chain. Because the story in the script happened in the future, a lot of future elements were added to the scene.

In future societies, the gap between the rich and the poor remains wide. High-saturation neon lights flashed across the screens of various high-end technological products, showing the prosperity and beauty of the city. The dark buildings in the ordinary residential area, the wet ground, and the numb pedestrians walking on the streets showed the other side of the city.

When Lu Zhen arrived at the filming base, she saw such a contrasting scene. The script takes place in front of a grocery store, where music rickshaws, self-service beverage machines and a coin-operated Emotional Communication Robot are set up to attract customers.
