Chapter 276: Unique

Gu Jishi rarely used the name of the Gu Family. Because of his status in the military, he is widely known as the most influential Gu family member.

As the eldest son of the Gu Family, it was expected that he would inherit the Gu corporation. 

However, Gu Jishi was much more interested in the military and hence he dumped his responsibility to the second young master of the Gu family and fled to the military.

When the head of the Gu family, Mr. Gu knew about Gu Jishi's deeds, he was so angry that he almost disowned him.

After a lot of coaxing from Mrs. Gu, Mr. Gu finally took back the letter of disownment. However, he refused to support Gu Jishi and asked him to manage everything on his own.
