"Yes, they do." The assistant replied.

"What were their reactions?" Si Hanchu asked while staring outside through the floor-to-ceiling window.

"Both of them were angry and confronted the Second Elder. However..." The assistant paused and hesitated whether he should continue or not.

" I don't give you money to keep me in suspense." Si Hanchu said with a gentle smile yet in a cold tone.

The assistant trembled and sweat appeared on his forehead.

"Yes! Yes sir! However once the Second Elder gave them 4 Heart leaves, they left after cursing."

Si Hanchu's eyes darkened and for a moment the atmosphere turned cold.

The assistant shivered.

Why won't he?

Si Hanchu because of an injury couldn't become a father, which saddened him the most. 

Since he couldn't have a son of his own, he transferred all of his love towards Si Kai.

Before Si Kai was declared trash, the person who loved Si Kai the most was Si Hanchu.
