CHAPTER TWENTY FOUR

She smiled at her. Beth hugged her. It was one of the best things that happened to her. Diane being here was more than enough for her.

"It doesn't make any sense though. If your dad has the first spell, why is he not out there looking for the rest? Why is he still going after wolves? Something is not right. It just doesn't add up. He shouldn't be looking for you. He should be looking for the remaining scrolls"

"Except he wanted me to come here, except he is tracking me here. It means that the person we saw earlier wasn't my dad. It could be some sort of mirage. My dad wasn't there. My dad is on his way here. He installed a tracker in me when I was a kid. He said it didn't work a few years after he installed it but I think it did work because he had looked into the future at that time. He is using me to get to you or your aunt. He is really convinced that you are dead so he is coming after your aunt"

"Where the hell is the tracker? I need to remove it now"
