CHAPTER 8.

A little different.

I arrived home, rushing straight to the bathroom to empty my bowls and cool off my thought. As I sat down, my mind kept drifting to Jimin.

I wonder what he is doing now; I smile at the thought that just left my mouth, bury my face inside the sink to get a fresher feel of the water rushing. I heard my phone rang. Picking it up after looking at the caller ID.

"Yes ?" I said into the caller as Becky's voice came through; "are you home?

Becky asked.

"Yes… I am… why the call?"

"Help me wash..."

"Aren't doing anything for you, Becky"… I yelled immediately; yes she seriously needs to know how angry I am towards her attitude today; am not surprised at her behavior because I wasn't expecting any lovey duvey from her but why today of all day.

"Are you angry with me?  Came Becky's voice.

" Yes, Becky, and I am hanging up".

I cut the call and immediately tossed the phone on the sofa next to me; I rushed to take my shower because I got some writing and readings to do.

Jimin's Home

"How was your day?" Tae asked him as he took his bag from him with a smile.

"Cool bro… and guess what !" Jimin said with a smirk.

"I'm not in for your play" Tae said, almost serious with his poker face…. "Do you really have to be serious with your words, Tae ?" Jimin snapped.

" I do what I want once am with you" Tae said, facing Jimin, who got that look of I will kill you joker.

"I make a new friend today" he said.

Tae was surprised as he was speechless walked pass him to sit on the sofa facing him with that furrowed face.

" Hey, why do you look like you just saw a ghost" Jimin said as he casually lay on the Sofa ; smiling and looking at Tae.

"Who is He ?" Tae asked coldly.

" He?' Tae… She is a girl…" he said as he moved towards the large standing fridge to take a bottle of water; gulping the water down, he turned and looked at Tae.

"Are you still surprise?.. you don't have to be, she is just a simple nice, weird, intelligent and calculative girl"..he said.

"Just today, you have analysed her character."

Tae asked straightforward as he moves to his position, not only was he surprised at the sudden outburst of Jimin, but he tried to understand. What exactly he is talking about; he moved slowly toward Jimin as he fixes his gazed on his eyes, since he has been with him ever since their teenage stage, he believes Jimin might be messing around with his words or let's say he is that one kid who eyes don't lie.

As he moved towards him, he tried to search for something in his eyes; something to tell he was joking, but he couldn't fathom anything.

Running his fingers towards his head, "tell me Jimin, how did you conclude she is Nice, just today of meeting her ?" Tae asked, intensively looking at him.

"Don't worry Tae" Jimin said,  waving his hand …they were interrupted by the doorbell.

"I think Hyung is back" Tae said as the two walks towards the door.

I was arranging books into my drawer when Becky entered the house; "Hello" she said as she dashed to the bathroom leaving the door dangling.

"Hello" I respond without tearing my eyes off what I was doing.

"wow.... apart from forgetting your lunch, calling and screaming on the phone for me to bring it, and hanging up on me; what else do you find fun doing?"

Becky asked with hands akimbo with that face that says 'if look can kill' as she makes her way towards me.

"I choose peace Becky" I said, picking my phone and walking away from her side.

"I don't understand your issues Bella, you keep throwing tantrums, don't you ever get tired of it" she yelled angrily at me.

"Now I don't know how to feel about her bitchy attitude"..

I muttered as I walked towards the door; I turned and stared at her "enjoy your lunch" I said as I dashed out of the room, banging the door as fast as I can.
