Yosef felt and believed that someone or some people were following him. Turning around to see who that person or persons were, he didn't see anything. This feeling was hard to shake off. If he was someone else, he could have easily believed that there was no one. He had learned to trust his keen sixth sense or more than what he could see or feel sometimes.
