Missing Daughter

Stan was in his home office brooding on Emily's disappearance. It was beginning to take too long to find her. Longer than he had expected. And he didn't like it.

Twice he was close to finding her, and on both occasions, he met dead ends. It was as if she didn't want to be found, or she had been abducted.

Stan picked up his car keys and decided to go over to her mother's house. He already called her on the phone and told her he wanted to search Emily's room maybe he might find a clue to where she must have disappeared to.

Emily's mom told him he could come over. He already spoke to her several times and she told him she has no idea where Emily might have gone, save for her boyfriend's place.

When Stan arrived at Emily's mother's house, she was on the phone speaking to someone in a very harsh tone.
