Misplaced Blame

"I was told you were injured quite severely, what happened?" Abby asked while looking at Alex bloodied pant leg.

"Yeah, I was shot in the leg by a stray bullet." Alex replied bluntly.

"Alright... well I should be able to heal you in just a few minutes so just relax while I do my thing." Abby grabbed a chair and sat down beside Alex. Before anything else, she rolled up Alex's pants on the injured leg and had him place his foot on a stool just in front of him so that his injury was visible.

She then reached out and grabbed his forearm with both of her hands and a warm golden glow started to emanate from them and spread through Alex's arm and into his chest where it disappeared under his shirt.

Within seconds there was a feeling of warmth filling Alex's entire body and the hole in his leg started to feel less painful. It was all very fascinating but there was something that concerned Alex.

"What about the bullet? It should still be in my leg so..."
