Sudden Kiss

Evan pulled her into his arms. They sat side by side on the edge of the bed.

"Thank you, wife, for believing in me," he whispered.

"Hmm…" Rose smiled, then he pushed Evan's body away to make some distance so she could see his face more clearly. "Hubby, although your face isn't clear in the photo. But, many A-Netz has guessed it is you. What would you do?"

Rose was worried that the gossip would spread and drag Evan's name down. What if her family finds out? They would definitely criticize her husband.

Evan didn't answer her question right away. He rubbed her cheek gently. After some time, he said, "Wife, that's why we need to announce our marriage. If people out there find out we're married, no one will speculate about me anymore…."

She nodded in agreement with him. "I personally don't mind. When will you announce it?"
