Chapter 59: Who Did It

Charlotte covered her face and hurriedly turned to leave.

"Mrs. Russell."

As the doctor spoke, Charlotte quickly gestured for her to be quiet and used her eyes to tell her not to talk.

But the people behind them had already seen them, and Henry Russell uncertainly called out Charlotte's name.

With an annoyed expression on her face, Charlotte awkwardly turned back to look at Henry, "Hi, Dr. Russell."

Henry looked at Charlotte, dressed in costume, with some surprise, and then his expression changed as he saw the injury on her waist, "Are you hurt?"

"Just a small injury, an accident."

Charlotte then saw Henry's face turn cold as he spoke.

He stepped forward, looked at the doctor beside Charlotte, and said, "Thank you, Dr. Li, I'll take care of her from here."

With that, he picked up Charlotte and took her to his office.

Ella followed closely behind, carrying Charlotte's bag.
