Izzy and Julian were at a stalemate more than a week after their argument and it made things in the apartment rather stilted. It got so bad that Roz sat them both down with a grim expression and began acting as their mediator.
"I can't take this anymore! As an objective third party, I have to fix this before I go insane," she said. "What is your deal? You two are never like this!"
"We've reached a fundamental difference in opinion that cannot be solved," Julian muttered.
"Yeah, what he said," Izzy echoed as she scowled at him. "He wants to throw his life away and I refuse to stand back and let that happen. I won't forgive him if he goes through with it."
"And I already told you that this is what I want and I don't care about any potential consequences because I can deal with them. Why can't you understand that?"
