Napoleon was sitting on a chair in a small, wooden room. That place had pretty rustic looks, and also didn't look very resistant. As if it was going to fall apart at any moment.
From outside, a lot of people yelling could be heard, as if they were rooting for something or for someone.
Soon, the door of the room opened, and a very tall man, who looked to be in his late thirties, entered. He had very rough beard, and also didn't look like a very kind person.
The man walked to Napoleon until he stood in front of the new governor of France. "Lord Napoleon, all the preparations are ready," he said.
Napoleon looked up at the man. "Are they? Thank you, François, it was a huge help," he said before standing up from his chair.
François raised his brow. "Are you sure you do not want me to do it, Lord Napoleon? Governors should not dirty their hands with such scum," he said.
