Almost everyone was at the entrance of the Royal Palace, about to bid farewell to each other. They were only waiting for Napoleon, so they could start it.
Soon enough, Napoleon finally showed up, and calmly walked to the people who were waiting for him.
Carlo raised his brow. "You are late, Napoleon," he said.
Napoleon, for some reason, seemed impressed with his father's words, however, he immediately showed a confidence posture, and then nodded his head. "Yes, I know. I am sorry about that, but I was not paying attention to the clock," he said.
Leopold smiled. "It is okay, Napoleon," he said.
Napoleon was a boy that Leopold truly admired. At first, he thought that he was just another spineless son of a noble, who would not achieve anything if it wasn't for their lineage, however, Napoleon had proved him wrong in the last few years.
