Martial arts realms

Ruruo said, "Since You are excited, so am I. We will get married when the time is right, we just have to pick an auspicious day."

'What the heck! she actually is twisting my words completely, ai! I am tired, let me rest for a while. No need to argue with her over these stupid things.'

"This was even much easier than I imagined." Ruruo on the other side was relaxed after accomplishing her goal.

In a way, Wang did not know that his rumblings had sealed his fate with her, and continued to sleep soundly after a long period.

The moment he woke up, he found himself in a moving carriage, but this time it was more comfortable than the one he had been traveling in for more than a week.

"You are awake." Seeing that Wang opened his eyes, a voice came from the side.

"Ooh! Those four people that I killed seemed to have other five acquaintances that we had to get rid of along the way."

Hearing the words coming from Ruruo's mouth as though she had just drunk some soup, instead of killing five people, he decided against mentioning anything about that marriage and it became set in stone.

"By the way Miss, where are we going?" He asked the only thing he could at the moment, but what he got was some snort. "Since we are considered acquaintances anyway you can call me Ruruo. What is your name?" He replied with some embarrassment, "Wang!" That was what others used to call him in his previous life and wanted it to remain like that.

Right, he had forgotten to ask, or even introduce himself, but rather was trying to distract himself from thinking about the five people that Ruruo said she had taken care of.

Part of him was very relieved knowing that they were dead, and at the same, it registered to him, that some enemies or something seemed to be eyeing the clan he came from.

But he knead that thought in his mind like dough and threw it out the window, for so long he had finally started to feel comfortable why would he stress himself?

For someone like him, there is nothing he can be bothered with as long as he did not cause it, and this family or whatever he had no memory of it.

'Out of mind out of sight' for some reason, he felt more refreshed and the burdens on his body fell down leaving him refreshed.

In this life he had nothing and since this woman offered he was not going to turn this offer but keep it in his heart. What would be the point of being hypocritical, when he had less time to live and might not even get a better wife than her.

Even Ruruo could just feel like he had changed but was not sure how it happened. It was the state of mind transforming, and due to luck, Wang pushed the door to the first level of mind.

Mind like a breeze was an easy step to achieve as it happened naturally or through coincidences but most people reach this stage.

Its use, however, is not the same, as some people can take advantage of the state of mind to accomplish a lot whereas others even seem unaware of the benefits they possess.

Even Wang seemed to have yet to realize this change, but his entire being seemed no different from a breeze. Just for example Ruruo sitting next to him had the urge to get close as that feeling like a cool breeze was making her unconsciously relax.

In a few hours, the carriage stopped, and it was dark outside, the place they had parked seemed adjacent to a river. The sound of a river flowing was indeed calming, but that was not what was on his head, he wondered if martial arts could allow his lifespan to increase.

In the end, he was not willing to live for just less than a decade, so he bit the bullet on the head and asked the woman sitting some distance from him." Can I practice martial arts?"

"Well, I also thought about talking about this to you, but since you have brought it up I am relieved." Hearing her say this, his mind was thinking, 'What is with this sale's speech?'

But that look on his face could show exactly what he was thinking, so Ruruo withheld the urge to beat up someone and said, "Martial arts were developed in a way to allow weak human bodies to become stronger. In this way, it can be practiced by everyone until they reach the state of returning to innate. Let's not talk about that."

She paused looking at him and said, "You were thinking about why I would be pleased when you took initiative to ask this, then I can tell you that the most important aspect of martial arts is hard work and willingness to suffer. If that is not the case, then you will just give up halfway as the practice become tougher."

Even though she took a long time to explain this to him, he did not seem bored, as he could tell what she was informing him. Practicing martial arts was like the alternative is death, and he could indeed feel the same way deep down.

So he had to try it, before that though he had to get some idea of the distinction of martial arts realms.

"By the way, how is it then divided into stages" He was indeed more curious.

Looking at him, Ruruo said "Just know that the most important and basic steps that you should focus on are under the body refinement stage. The next is spirit refinement but that is far off from you at the moment.  Body refinement is divided into stages and you will have to start off with basic practice that strengthens every part of your body after training a technique to a certain level this stage will come naturally."

"After that, the first stage would have been achieved called skin refinement, and the skin is tough in this stage because the body has toughened up. The next stage is muscle refinement and the methods used each result in different outcomes, but poor quality techniques will start affecting the body making it expand unnecessarily. Accumulation of internal injuries in such cases is usually very much especually in the mucles, turning them into burly figures."

"Those people that had caught you as an example. As much as this issue did not seem that important it lowered the speed at which such individuals practiced and the resources they consumed were wasted by more than 50%." As she spoke she bit on the meat, before continuing with a smile.

She never thought that she would have to preach to this man about the foundation of martial arts.  "In martial arts, the faster one practices the better it is for them, as they can breakthrough to higher levels. In that way, it is in your best interest to look for an environment that can ensure constant combat to achieve fast improvement."

Listening to everything she was saying, Wang was noting down the important aspects.

"From that is the bone refinement or you can go to internal organs depending on the exercise you use. This process does not matter. The only thing that is to be remembered is that blood refinement will be the last. In the process, the muscles, bones, and internal organs will be nourished by it. The more advantage you have in this stage the better. In other words, make the blood refinement a key stage. After all when it is completed, it can increase one's life for a few decades."

In the end, Ruruo insisted, that the stage should also be achieved early so that one can get the best of the realm for future development.

But he did not ask as she was not willing to say and just said after that was grandmaster and if someone at that stage met them then death is the only outcome.

Unless they were ultimate blood-forging realm warriors. This also seemed to have caught his atttention.
