The three of them froze when they saw her. Not only is she powerful, she was also the one who schemed to kill Soverick. They aren't sure about that last one anymore, but that hasn't changed their opinion of her as a scheming snake. 

Litori wanted to attack Salvini, but she thought about the consequences of attacking the child of the realm during the era of conquest. Those thoughts and the fact that she might not be able to defeat Salvini discouraged her from taking violent actions to make Salvini leave.
