Chapter 50- Addie – Nolan’s Party Part 1 (VOLUME 2)

**ADDIE'S POV**

I don't know what to think right now. Today was Nolan's birthday, and it was a workday, we were supposed to be working until the late afternoon. I was supposed to leave the party preparations to Violet and Nishi since they were going to be alone in the room. And maybe Penny or Simon could help them along with Nithi. There wouldn't be any need for anyone else to be there. Then, why was I there? Why was I in the way?

Well, I could answer my own question there. Nolan had called it a day after we shared lunch together in the Atelier. He said that there was a lot that he needed to get done in the afternoon outside of the Atelier, so he called it a day at lunch. I was sure that this was either to give me time to get ready for the night, or for him to get ready for the night. I was already starting to feel so guilty about lying to him. I didn't want to disappoint him with the party, but I couldn't cancel it now.
